Ordered on-line, delivery quite quick, items well packaged. Sadly the denim skirt was too big and had to be returned. I returned to the Cotton Traders shop at Dalton Park, Seaham. The staff were extremely welcoming, pleasant and very helpful.

Bought a pair of indigo jeans
Bought a pair of indigo jeans. First wear split at the seam. Returned to shop, replaced. Same again split at seam and pockets. Poor quality material.
On the good side the grades are fine, never wear out.

Although major number of purchases done on line it was good to actually feel and see the quality of products in store.

You are the worst company that I have…
You are the worst company that I have ever had to deal with on a return goods item - you took 10% off my return goods which I never even opened in the shop as you took over a week to deliver it to the shop and it was too late for what I needed it for - and you took 10% off my return payment
Anyone who asks or enquires about your company will get the above version as you are not a trustworthy company and I will always say this unless I know you have returned my 10%

Good service ,but not disabled friendly…
Excellent service,went to Dalton Park it was great sorted out returns no problem .
The changing room was a nightmare my friend and I are disabled I couldn't sit on the stool it was too low. My friend had to sit to try on trousers once down it took two people to get him up. Very embarrassing.

Still no refund after over a month
I ordered items in April for collection but as I wasn't well was unable to do so. It stated items not collected by a certain date would be returned. It is now June and despite contacting them in writing have still not recieved a refund! Someone phoned me from the store last week to ask if I was going to collect the order so they still hadn't been returned! I am 81 years old,have recently been to hospital, and can do without this stress!
