When a booking contains multiple flights or airlines, some tickets can occasionally take a little longer to process and generate than others. The remaining parts of the confirmation are usually being processed in the system.

It was easy ... very cheap... return tickets with 2 flight changes booked with appropriate time gap in between....a difference of sixty thousand rupess i.e 600 usd saved..
