Carlton leisure call centre poor response

I called Carlton leisure and the line was very poor, the person who answered the call spoke very fast and i could not understand what they were saying. I needed to have a complex conversation about travel plans and this was not possible. Even when I asked them to slow down it was still very difficult to understand what they were saying.

Con artists when it goes wrong

I planned a long holiday in Thailand and UAE. Due to the recent conflicts my airline had cancelled the flights. Yet Carlton were adamant under there terms they were chargeable. Under the aviation rules this does not apply weeks of persistence paid off.

It’s taken further 8 weeks to get money back. Appalling customer service with team operatives who need to brush up on there manners and phone etiquette.

Flight cancellation

Needed to rebook flight due to problems in the middle east, contacted Carlton leasure and their representative Priyan was very efficient in arranging an alternative flight at a reasonable cost.
We have as yet not taken the flight but hopefully everything will prove to go as expected and will update the outcome on our return.
