Great program. Sometimes the buses don't stick to the scheduled time of arrival. Big 5 a terrific deal. The service we received from Bo was just fantastic - I wish everyone operated like this. Thanks,... See more

Sydney on New Year's Day
They were at least half an hour late as per their scheduled time posted at the stop. There were long lines and long waits. The bus was overcrowded with people standing in the aisle. Last bus of the day did not stop at drop-off spots until it reached the train station. Not impressed after having used the same service in Paris and found it there to be quite delightful - buses every 10 minutes, ample space for passengers. Expected the same level of service in Sydney and it was not so.
Excellent way to see Sydney
Excellent way to see Sydney. Drivers help with directions to the sites you want to see. Commentary is good. The musical interludes were often louder than the narration. More songs needed in the rotation. Those are minor problems compared to issues with other companies.
Thank y ou Pal!
The Bigbus team is very friendly and helpfull. A spécial thanks to Pal who took time to find our e-reservation we could not find on our IPhone (no connexion).
The drivers were extremely helpful & polite. We enjoyed our experience. We only wished they ran a little longer into the evening as we missed one of the last buses due to long line at the Sydney Tower
The drivers were extremely helpful &

What a great way to see the sights and get an overview of the city. Have used this in London, Paris, and Sydney now. We appreciated the agents that were at some of the stops to help us. One thing that was a little confusing is that Sydney City Buses won't allow the Big Bus Co. to put up a sign or tower near their bus stops. There is a small poster inside the bus stop and they try to have an agent at those sites to help you. If I could change anything about this the buses would run later. You run the risk of being stranded on the other side of town and have to plan accordingly. Be sure you know what the times are.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trips on the Big Bus. We only had 1 day in Sydney and thought this was the best option for us.We did both routes and it showed us all the sights of the city and Bondi beach. We spent the whole day travelling around and found it good value for the money.

Enjoyed both route plus the tower that was provided with the Deluxe package - really did like the harbour cruise
Great deal
Perfect, frequent service; running till the evening hours; very friendly stuff!
The two-day-option is perfect.
left stranded
Thought this would be fun for the kids. Got on and off during the day. At the last tourist drop asked what was the latest we could get the bus back. We were told 7.30pm. Got to the bus stop at 6.45pm waited with two other couple only to have bus go straight past us and not stop. We then had to get a N Uber home with two tired kids.
Sent an email to big bus only to be told sorry won’t happen again. They gave us the wrong time.
Not again for us.
One day is not enough!!
It was an amazing tour and truly 1 day is not enough!!!! I managed only 40% of the locations with spending at least an hour of unrushed time
Highly recommended for those who want a hassle free city tour

The actual tour was very good and interesting. Unfortunately the customer service part of the package was not so great. I paid for the two day deluxe tour and was told to keep hold of the ticket for the rest of the day which I did. The following day I tried to get on the bus and awaited my ticket for that day but was told it was a 48 hour ticket, the one I was given the day before. May I add this ticket is a small piece of paper, smaller that a receipt. I went to the big bus tour help desk to see if they could print me out a ticket. They said they couldn't despite me being able to prove that I bought the ticket less than 24 hours ago, let alone 48 which is what I'm supposedly entitled. They suggested I buy a ticket for that day at an extortionate price. Tour- Great. Customer Service- Shocking
