Very Poor Quality and horrendous customer service
Very Poor Quality and Disappointing Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the way this issue has been handled.
We purchased a Moover pram less than a month ago. It had only been used lightly indoors and has already broken in a way that raises a safety concern. For a product sold at a premium price, this level of durability is unacceptable.
When I contacted the retailer, they refused a partial refund or to cover return costs, arguing that the product is designed for ages 2+. However, they simultaneously offered to send a replacement of the exact same item if I paid £8 for shipping. This is clearly contradictory. If they genuinely believe the issue was caused by misuse, it makes little sense that sending the same product again would solve the problem.
I tried to resolve this reasonably by offering a compromise — I was willing to keep the pram and repair it myself in exchange for a partial refund. This was refused, and the only option provided required me to pay additional costs despite the product failing within weeks of purchase.
Overall, very poor product durability and disappointing customer service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this retailer.

Don’t use this company

They price matched a baby car seat to John Lewis and Argos. They also fitted the car seat for me as my partner was away. They were super respondant, helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Such a good experience and customer service.

I would like to retract my previous review as after a manager contacted me he was offering the communication i originally seeked and listened to my requirements, amended my order and later had next day delivery aswell as upgraded 360 carseat which was i what originally wanted i felt head and the service turned out to be a breath of fresh air and worked out even better and the wait was worth it

⭐️⭐️ Extremely frustrating and stressful experience
My order was cancelled by the company due to an error on their side, which immediately caused delays and stress. Although this was eventually corrected, the problems didn’t stop there.
When the furniture was delivered, an essential item – the changing unit – was missing. I reported this straight away and was reassured it would be sent out immediately. Unfortunately, that reassurance meant nothing.
After hearing nothing, I chased again, only to be told customer services needed to speak to the warehouse. Since then, another week has passed with no update, no delivery and no communication. I’ve now been left repeatedly chasing for something that should have been resolved weeks ago.
I urgently need this furniture. The website advertises a 10-day delivery, yet it has now been over a month since my order and I am still missing a vital piece of furniture. The lack of communication and ownership has been incredibly disappointing and stressful.
I would not recommend this company.

Bumble ride stroller
Absolutely love this stroller, we needed it for our autistic 4 year old as this stroller holds a higher weight capacity. It's easier to handle and manoeuvre with a larger 4 yr old in. It's easy to fold and it isn't massively an issue fitting into the boot as it's folds rather neatly. Highly recommend to anyone with a child older than 3+, saves spending hundreds on a special needs stroller.

Totally let down by this company
Very disappointed in this company. NO communication on delay with delivery, had to keep contacting them for updates. No nursery furniture & no refund yet, ongoing from 15th December 2025! Have ordered same items from another company with no issues.
