High quality footwear
This is my 2nd pair RA 's. I was sent the wrong size shoes. I was disappointed. BUT, The issue was resolved quickly. The reason for 4stars. WILL I buy again from RA? Most Definitely!!!

Absolutely Fantastic Shoes
Absolutely fantastic shoes. I now own several pairs of these shoes and I have never once been disappointed. The wait for custom shoes for some may be disappointing, but they say more dopamine is released in the brain with the anticipation of the service or final product vs post receipt, so it's all part of the journey. That said, every pair of shoes I have received are greater than I expected from the picture on the screen. They fit and look fantastic. Lots of compliments.

The information that I had received, where it was made, where it was shipped from, were grossly different than the correspondence that I had received from the representative of your company. My notes were in much more detail that I sent to you through e-bay. Please refer to them, because I do not fell like writing them again.

I'm sorry you feel that way Matt, I have at this time received no correspondence from you via ebay or our site, so I am unsure what the issue is.
Our listing (and website) very clearly states the the shoe are handcrafted in Spain, and shipped via DHL and since they are made to order take 4-6 weeks to arrive. (In fact is states both these facts multiple times)
Your order was placed 8/14 and was delivered 9/24
Once again, I would love to hear from you personally as to what the issue is.
