Excellent customer experience all around!
Project Cloud has absolutely THE BEST customer service I've seen in a long, long time. They are quick to respond, and quick to offer different ways to correct any issues (I have a very hard-to-fit foot, and they've been very patient!). Shipping is fast, and the product itself is excellent! In general, the shoes are reasonably priced (although they could be even better, IMHO). Would recommend Project Cloud to anyone!

I rarely leave reviews, but Project Cloud has earned this one.
When I had an issue with a pair of slippers I purchased, I reached out to their customer service team. Not only did they respond promptly, but they went above and beyond to make things right. They replaced them with a pair of shorty boots that are absolutely adorable, incredibly soft, comfortable, and easy to walk in.
What impressed me most wasn't just the product—it was the customer service. In a time when many companies seem to hide behind policies and automated responses, Project Cloud stood behind their product and genuinely cared about making a customer happy. That level of service is becoming increasingly rare.
The boots themselves are fantastic, but the way the company handled my concern is what turned me into a loyal customer. I am now a customer for life and find myself sharing this experience whenever I have the opportunity.

Most comfy sandals I've ever owned
I bought a pair of these sandals, based on a friend's recommendation. My only regret is not buying them sooner! They are so comfortable, and MUCH more affordable than Birks (and Birkenstock's hurt my feet and are not comfortable at all). I loved my first pair so much, I have since bought 2 additional pairs. I get compliments every time I wear them. They are all so comfy, and just excellent quality. Shipping was lightning fast, and the sandals were very reasonably priced. I'm hooked for life!
