No Communication About Spraying Location

I need the inside of the house sprayed. The company never asks me if I want "inside" or "outside",
Several years ago I recall they alternated locations.

I felt the agent just rushed through…

I felt the agent just rushed through the job. He didn’t leave any pictures like they normally do he just left without telling me he was finished. i’m usually very happy with your service, but this last time I wasn’t. please don’t send that agent here anymore.

Always prompt and thorough. Although we still seem to have a mosquito problem around our front door and back patio. But, they still do a great job.

Since switching to Aptive (I had…

Since switching to Aptive (I had Terminix before), I have seen less bug activity and no mice. What I really like is that my service representative is always on time and checks in to see if there are any areas he should pay particular attention to. After a thorough visit, I get a report with photos.

Previous 2 months a problem: email back to me said they served me AND billed me…. It took time to clear this up as they did not service my house!; rescheduled AND they did not show; rescheduled & I got Van
