Professional and Transparent
I was contacted by Alliance Financial Services about my student loans. They were very professional and explained everything clearly. They were transparent that I could handle this on my own, but I preferred to have a professional company that specializes in filing these types of applications do it for me. They fulfilled their promises, filed my claim, and I received a confirmation email from the Department of Education.

I attempted to file the BD claim by myself and was left in the dark to only find out years later my claim was denied. Luckily I was a able to find a company that specializes in filing my claim. Jack Gorman went above and beyond answering all of questions. They were able to get my claim approved when I couldn't on my own. I would recommend this company to any friend and family. Thanks Again!

Forever Grateful
I attended Strayer university and had a Loan Balance of 83k the school left me with no help. They promised to help me find a job after graduation only to be left in more debt that I can possibly imagine. For years, I felt completely trapped by my student loans — like no matter how hard I worked, I could never get ahead. I was stressed, overwhelmed, and had pretty much lost hope.
When I found this company, at first I thought this was a scam and I was very nervous about the process. But from the very first call, they treated me like a real person, not just another account and made me feel comfortable . They listened to my story, understood what I was going through, and took the time to walk me through every step. They handled everything with such care and compassion — something you don’t see often these days.
When I got the news that my student loans were officially discharged, I literally cried. It felt like a huge weight had finally been lifted off my shoulders. I can finally breathe again, and feel at peace knowing that this chapter is finally behind me.
I’m beyond thankful for this team and everything they did for me. This company truly changed my life.
