Not trustworthy IMO

I took the time to phone 1010tires.com to discuss my plan to order online and get the tires installed by their bricks and mortar tire shop. This was to coincide with a trip to the city where 1010tires.com are located. What the person said and what happened in real life were two completely different things. The person's advice was completely out to lunch and the complete opposite of what actually happened. So much for knowing what's going on within your own company.
1010tires.com are not to be trusted with anything that they might tell you from my experience as nothing they said happened in real life. I also took the time to email them at the email address they list to use on the order confirmation they send you for concerns or questions with ZERO response!
