I purchased a photo digital album for my son’s 40th birthday. It was very easy to put together and order. The only reason I haven’t awarded 5 stars was the delivery of it. I was informed on my app the day of delivery but no indication of time so unfortunately I missed the delivery. The driver in their wisdom decided to leave the package behind a plant pot in torrential rain. By the time I was notified that it had been delivered i guessed it may have been left perhaps with a neighbour or the local post office. When I found it behind yhe plant pot the packaging just fell away and disintegrated as it was paper packaging and sadly the presentation box I paid extra for was stained and damaged . I contacted Popsa to explain what had happened and requested a replacement presentation box asap and got a quick reply from Angelica. She was apologetic and said she would deal with the matter which she did successfully and arranged to have a new box sent by Royal Mail as they would be quicker and as I had a tracking number could be given a time slot . It arrived safe and sound. So a thank you to Angelica but a driver using their common sense would of been easier . Other than that I am very pleased with the album and my son loved it.
