The pajamas are extremely soft and comfortable. They look like they are good quality and the prints are very cute. I bought several pairs so all my grandchildren could match for the holidays and they looked adorable in them.

Great variety, slow shipping
The bamboo is so soft and comfortable for my little one! There is a large variety of prints to choose from. We especially love the “God says I am” collection. The shipping takes a while, that is my only complaint, and really it’s not a complaint. Great quality, so definitely worth it!

I placed an order a few months ago and had difficulty with the shipping. It was delayed, no tracking and ended up coming in two separate orders much later than was promised. They reached out after my review, explained that they were making changes to ensure excellent service in the future and offered to send me a complimentary product of my choice. I was very impressed that they reached out and offered the free product as a way to show that my experience was not the norm so that I could update my review. I chose a product and a few days later I was told it was having an issue within manufacturing and I needed to pick something else. I did and they sent it quickly with no issue. The quality is good and there were no issues.

The prints are adorable. Customer service is hands on. The material is so soft and washes nicely (cold wash, delicate cycle, hang to dry). I’ve purchased items for toddlers and adults. I’m going to order more shortly!

Problem solved
I had an issue with a previous order. The order never arrived and I cancelled the payment. I recently received an email from Zumbamboo apologizing for the error, and they asked me if they could make it right by providing me with an item of my choice. I was very happy with that offer so I chose personalized pair of pajamas (with a religious theme) as a gift for a child. Their communication was spot on, and this time, I received my order within days. The product is adorable, with family members asking me, "Where did you get those?" I am extremely happy with the product and the fact that the company reached out to me to make sure I was a satisfied customer!

I had a great experience with Zumbamboo. I ordered an item but did not realize that each item was made to order so it takes longer. The baby sleeper was for a holiday and arrived after the holiday. At first they said I could not return it but then mentioned I could exchange it. I was very happy with that response but then they said do not send back the item that had arrived late. I will definitely order more from Zumbamboo, I will just give a little more lead time.
