Recently purchased PS5 disc drives, controllers, controller skins and a few latest game discs from Zozila, and honestly the experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff was very polite, helpful and guided us properly with everything we needed. Delivery was on time, prices were reasonable and they even offered good discounts as well.

What I really liked was the variety they have — from latest PS5 games to console accessories and other gaming equipment, they pretty much have everything in one place.

Overall a solid 10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend Zozila to anyone looking to buy console products, accessories or games without any hassle.

I had 3 controllers and all of them and issues like stick drift , r2 button not working , stick caps were broken. They were able to repair all of the controllers and the controllers feel almost new now. The price for repairing is also reasonable.

I bought a Nintendo switch oled and let me tell you something it's the Best budget selling consoles and the staff is very cooperative I loved doing business with them

Overall it was a great experience

I bought a PSN gift card, and recived the order confirmation fine and everything, but the code to the card never came. So i tried to contact support both via email and chat, but on chat i got one respond and after that nothing and i still have not received anything on email.

So do not buy here, they clearly do not want to help you, they just want your money.

I bought a steam key for Fallout: New Vegas from this website as it was considerably cheaper than alternative sites. I paid for the key and waited a few hours for the email. They promptly cancelled my order and raised the price of the key 2-3x. This site is shady and they prey on customers wanting discounts, avoid at all costs.

Zozila has a wide range of products available, and their after sales service is also great. If you have any problems with the product they will resolve it. I would recommend their shop to all gamers and for other electronics as well. 10/10 will definitely buy again!
