Highly effective, very pleased. The package was also ordered on a Saturday morning (as another mouse had just been delivered!), and had turned up by the Sunday afternoon. It was easy to install, the app setup was quick and painless and it has worked well. Several mice have been stopped being brought in. The cat got used to the slight delay in the flap unlocking very quickly. A bonus is how the photographs are very funny watching the cat wait to come in!

Installation was simple and straightforward. Our cat had no problem getting used to that little box and cable. Initially with the setting to allow the cat pass when the detection was "Inconclusive", in 1 occasion our cat was able to take a mouse into the house. After changing the setting to not allow the cat into the house when the detection was "Inconclusive" the hit rate became 100 % and no mouse found its way into the house. Interestingly, the camera recorded other nightly visitors (other cats, a weasel). Of course, due to not having a registered chip, they were blocked by the flap. This function of the flap is not altered by ZeroMOUSE.

The product is great.

And why do you communicate with international customers in German????

They market is as being easy to install, but thats not accurate. Also- I have my cat flap installed in a door, and this device only comes with cable (not batteries). That functions poorly when we open and close the door. I bought this several months ago and I have still not been able to install it. A lot of money and time spent and still my cat drags in birds.

When it works it does work. But keeping it working reliably is almost impossible. It constantly disconnects or takes so long to decide wether to let the cat in or not they give up.

Tech support is useless and are just ignoring me at this point. It constantly decides to just stop working. At which point it locks the cats both in and out and drains the battery on the cat flap.

I've had to reset it so many times that the reset button has now broken.

The device itself has worked and our little hunter has already learned from it and stopped trying to bring her catches in within a week of installation. The only downside was it was tricky to get a cable to tidily for our door, but understandably it needs to operate that way. We have thick stone walls and so far so good with it connecting to the WiFi (we are on fibre to the prem).
Would highly recommend if the daily gifts are getting a bit much, or like us you have to keep waking up to catch the prey bought in to return it outside, especially when they bring it into the bedroom as you sleep…alive!

Awful customer service. Product failed after 3 months. No response to my emails will now be going through my credit card for my wasted £200.

The product is very effective ….. when it works. It regularly loses connection despite having good WiFi and requires a full reset using a very difficult to reach button. The reset button is no longer working - I have reached out to customer services on several occasions- they responded once and are now completly ignoring me. I’m getting no response whatsoever which is unacceptable.
I’m very dissatisfied as paid £200 for this product in the U.K.
I want a replacement product at the very least.

Installation into existing cat flap was easy and connection to the app was instant. I am now totally relaxed no need to set curfews and zero mouse notifies me if Molly is bringing me an unwanted present through the app which is very reassuring, as the cat flap then locks her out

Zeromouse is brilliant I wish we had had it years ago. Love the pictures as well.

This device has given me such peace of mind. I set it up a month ago and it has detected and prevented my cat from bringing in mice on 6 occasions!
It was also helpful when I was away recently and I could keep an eye on her and know she had been going in and out of the house as usual. Worth every penny so far. Highly recommend

The additional to the cat flap was easy to install, and it works really well - no unwanted gifts so far. As the AI is learning, we are getting some unusually images but we are so far happy with this and would defiantly recommend

Amazing. Our cat was bringing a mouse in the house every single night and disturbing everyone’s sleep. This was less than ideal with my wife being heavily pregnant. Zero mouse has completely stopped it. Would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this product highly enough. Our two cats are prolific with their catches with days of up to 5 mice, shrews, rats and even the occasional bird. Since installing ZeroMouse a little under a month ago we’ve had 48 separate captures stopped from making their way into our home. Our only disappointment is that we didn’t buy this sooner! Diolch

Easy to install and configure. Prey is detected very reliably. 100% recommendation!

We shopped around for something like this for a little while as one of our kittens has turned into a real hunter… at one point he was bringing in a mouse or bird every morning! Since we installed it, he hasn’t been able to bring anything in! It’s fantastic, they can come and go as normal but as soon as they try to bring in ANY prey (including the occasional leaf that they like to catch) it blocks them without fault. Would highly recommend!
For reference we have two black and white domestic short hair kittens

This is a good idea which unfortunately doesn’t work in practice. We have had this product for several weeks and still we’ve had numerous mice and lizards in the house. Many times the camera takes a photo of the neck or belly of the cat and therefore the prey is not visible. Sometimes the camera catches the prey and block the door, but then the cat tries again until it succeds. Furthermore, the ai sometimes thinks a leg or a cat neckless is a mouse and blocks the door without real prey.

I am blown away by this little gadget!😍 My kitty was driving us nuts with all mice she brought in through the cat flap. They were most often wounded, ran and hide when she started playing with them and died somewhere. 🙈👃🤢
Now the whole problem is no more!

The camera have only missed once, but the vole she brought that time was enormous. I think the AI couldn’t process the info and just fainted or something.
