Extremely poor ethics

Extremely poor ethics. Zero Lifestyle refused to replace my defective Nebula earbuds (cracking sound) within the 7-day window by making a fake excuse about 'box scratches.' They sent it for repair, and even after that, the issue is NOT fully resolved. The cracking sound is still there but reduced. They are basically forcing customers to keep defective units. Don't be fooled by their replacement policy—it's just a tactic to sell faulty stock. Worst experience!

Poor Service & Support

I ordered 2 watches but received only 1. It took around 9–10 days for the missing item to be delivered, and there was no proper communication throughout the process. I was not informed about any delivery timeline or update.

Their support was unresponsive and mostly gave scripted replies. The complaint WhatsApp number also did not provide proper assistance.

Most concerning, they contacted me asking to remove my negative review on Trustpilot instead of focusing on improving their service.

There is also clear internal miscommunication, as I was told the issue was still under investigation, but the missing item was suddenly delivered on the same day a few hours later.

I usually don’t post things like this, but I feel it’s important to warn others.
I recently ordered 2 earbuds from Zero Lifestyle, but only one item was delivered. When I contacted their support team, they refused to help and said that since I didn’t record an unboxing video, they couldn’t take responsibility.

The parcel was delivered through Leopard Courier, a well-known courier service, yet instead of investigating properly, the brand shifted all responsibility onto the customer.

When I asked them to provide proof (like a packing video showing both items were included), they completely ignored my request.

After checking their Instagram reviews, I found that many other customers have faced similar issues. This clearly shows a pattern, not just a one-off mistake.

❗ This is not how customer complaints should be handled.
❗ Asking for unboxing videos as the only proof is unreasonable.
👉 Please be careful before ordering from them.
👉 Always verify reviews and consider safer purchasing options.

They are totally scam on online…

They are totally scam on online delivery and they play waiting card to pass the days as after that days there is no return and change option
I order from there official website and the air buds had error and they are not fixed so i directly contact them and now its 5th or 6th day they are sending a message that
"We appreciate your patience etc"

But no action they tell you that agent will contact you and then after few hours they repeat the same
So I concluded that its a scam model online delivery don't do that

I have purchased it but that time it was good and recently even my friend got this scam

Order #3164850. First-time customer. Received a DOA unit. Their social media team is actively deleting comments to hide the defect. I have video proof of the hardware failure. If this isn't resolved, I'm heading to the Consumer Court.

Scam Service & Very Poor Management



Very bad experience with Zero Lifestyle.

I ordered 3 times. First 2 orders were cancelled. On the 3rd order, I ordered 2 watches but received only 1. The second watch worth PKR 5,500 was missing. I gave them all proof, including parcel opening video, but they did not solve the issue quickly.

Their customer support is very poor. One support lady even ended the call while I was explaining my issue. They said I sent many messages, but I was only following up because no one was replying properly.

After 1 week, I finally received the missing watch. But on the same day, I called support and they told me my case was still under investigation. Then after only 2 hours, the watch was delivered. This clearly shows a big communication gap inside the company.

After that, they called me and asked me to remove my review instead of improving their service.

Very unprofessional, badly managed company. I do not recommend ordering from Zero Lifestyle.

Zero Lifestyle se watch lene ka soch rahe ho? Sochna bhi mat.

13 Feb ko maine Terrafit watch li thi.

15 Feb ko pehli dafa screen pe lines aa gayin, maine foran complaint submit kar di. Kuch der baad lines khud hi gayab ho gayin. Jab unki call aayi to maine bataya, unhon ne bola shayad software issue tha, ab update ho gaya hoga.

Lekin 17 Feb ko phir wohi lines wapas aa gayin. Phir dobara complaint ki, emails bhejein… kaafi din baad bola gaya ke product humein bhej dein.

25 Feb ko unko product receive ho gaya. Phir bola gaya ke 6 March tak repair ho ke wapas mil jayega. Theek hai, wait kiya.

Lekin 10 March tak bhi kuch nahi hua. Phir maine bola ke replace kar dein, kyun ke na parts available hain aur na koi clear timeline de rahe ho. Pehle to seedha mana kar diya ke aap 7 days policy mein nahi aate.

Phir maine unko apni emails aur proof bheja ke maine 7 days ke andar complaint ki thi… uske baad bhi delay hota raha, aur finally

16 March ko replacement approve ki.

Ab situation yeh hai ke replacement approve hone ke baad bhi dispatch nahi ho raha, aur ab bola ja raha hai ke Eid ke baad mile ga.

Product se zyada issue inki support ne bana diya hai. Roz follow up karna, 24 24 ghante response ka wait karna, har dafa naya banda, nayi baat… bas delay pe delay.

Yeh share is liye kar raha hoon taake agar koi lene ka soch raha hai to pehle yeh soch le ke agar issue aa gaya to khoob zaleel krty hain yai log.

Aur jab TCS pe watch bhej raha tha to wahan bhi banda keh raha tha ke inki roz ki multiple returns aati hain… ab aap khud samajh lo.

My Terrible Experience with Zero Lifestyle

Zero Lifestyle is one of the worst companies in Pakistan and is openly looting customers.
The worst thing about this company is its customer support — honestly, the worst I have ever experienced in my life.

They send defective products, and on top of that, it has been more than 10 days since I requested a replacement. Instead of resolving the issue, they keep giving robotic responses on Facebook Messenger, and there is no response at all on WhatsApp.

They are even deleting our comments, whereas they should be focusing on solving customer problems.

I strongly recommend everyone to be very careful before buying anything from them, otherwise you will be extremely frustrated.

Worst management and worst customer support.

Don't buy anything from them they are selling fake products i bought earbuds of 5000pkr which claim that they will last t 70h with case and now they are not even getting 10h backup kindly don't buy by watching cheap so called influencers reviews they are not using them just marketing them
