Absolutely would not touch this company - site looks great but in real life materials cheap and nasty - returns say they cost £4.95 - £5.50 to return, when the reality of it cost £20.70. 22 emails later still no refund despite proof of purchase sent and tracking details chased our end with Royal Mail as they say parcel showing "pending" their end .. all information passed on and 10 weeks later no further on. Principal pushes me on to stop this being allowed to happen.

Yet nothing has been delivered, of course.
