Useless company avoid this scam, I tried to load the gift card for a specific item, they took the money immediately but then took four days for the balance to show on the card - by which time the item was out of stock. Now dragging their heels on refunding the money back to me.
Hmmm...
Just called my credit card company on a panic not recognising the company name on my bill. Google said it was a paid for membership club that I signed up for!
Now realise it was for the blue light discount.
I pre pay for my grocery shopping here
I pre pay for my grocery shopping here every month. It’s only about 3-4% off but over time that tots up to quite a significant amount. Dead easy. Pay for groceries on payday, then use the barcode at the till.
Blue Light voucher
This is what shows up on your credit card bill if you buy a voucher through the Blue Light scheme
No problem with reloadable cards…
Have twice bought reloadable cards for use at Tesco and have had no problems at all. Reloading is instant and card used at Tesco without problem.
This is a legit employee benefit service
People are not realising this is when you use your employee reward account and you need to top up the amount to make up the difference from your own funds to make the discounted purchase through that employee portal. This is a completely legitimate service as part of employee benefits.
I would give minus 5 stars if I could
first and last time I have used 'Your-savingf.com Reward Gateway'
I wanted to make a saving with a purchase I was making in Argos, Item I was buying was £999, so I spent £959.04 via Bluelight app, my bank picked up on the transaction and I had to approve it in my bank app, waiting patiently at the till, queue forming, kept refreshing in hope the voucher would show, NO and guy on till was getting a little tetchy, so I paid in full from my savings account. Made no savings and now this company have my money and they are saying they have placed it under 'an anti-fraud revision' been onto customer service 'Angela' and now I have to wait to hear back from someone from the fraud team via email. Ive been on to my bank and the payment is pending at the merchants end, this being Your-savings.com, and this could take up to 30 days plus. None of this was worth trying to save £40
Feels like a SCAM!!!
Have only recently started using my defence discount service card to get savings on my supermarket shopping. Unfortunately last week I topped up a reloadable voucher and this company has charged me twice!! Not impressed as this potentially could have sent me overdrawn. Have messaged company, but will likely have to go to bank to get my money back.
Treatments in the windows
Always get my eyebrows done here, staff are lovely, however you’ve moved the treatment to the front of the store, in the window with absolutely no privacy. Will not be having any treatments here again unless it changes! Had my treatment cost refunded! How unfortunate for your staff losing custom
Avoid
I made a purchase through work for a shop card. After several weeks it has not arrived. Nothing. Long story short I have now taken this up with my bank to get a refund.
DO NOT USE your-saving.com!..
DO NOT USE your-saving.com... I purchased Christmas gifts for my grandchildren from them...although they did receive the gifts, this company has continually taken money from my Credit Card...my bank has so far refunded £800.00!...this month two further amounts of £77.20, have been taken...BE WARNED!
Got a B&Q gift card through blue light…
Got a B&Q gift card through blue light card managed by this company and after one transaction which was refunded my balance is 0? Should have been 455. What an hassle to try to get a response. Will have to go to my bank
Voucher did not transfer quickly
Voucher did not transfer quickly. Had read that as it was an e voucher it would not take long.
Issue resolved with refund given very smoothly.
Use these vouchers all the time through…
Use these vouchers all the time through Bluelight card discounts. Vouchers available instantly always works well. You have to be quite IT savvy to use the vouchers to pay for things like Airbnb Waitrose but it’s definitely worth it.
I have used twice no issue
I have used twice through blue light in the last few weeks, once for M&S and once for TK Maxx. Both times the gift cards were available straight away and I used them on the relevant store website to make my purchase without issue.
Never use the my saving.com
Never use the my saving.com. They just misleading you. I have used my blue light card to buy articles from Argos. It more than a week I am still waiting for my printer and vacuum cleaner. I have phoned Argos and they Never received any order. I keep on emailing them but no reply from them. I did phone as well but the mobile number is no more on service. They scam people.
Misleading voucher site - don't risk your money!
Used this merchant through the Blue Light card to get a slight discount for Screwfix. Not a clear process to essentially gaining a voucher to then activate which then provides code to then use divert to the Screwfix site for use of the voucher - this service DOES NOT provide a discount 'code' to directly enter into the Screwfix site.
Unfortunately, this discount vouchers were not supplied to me in a timely fashion, misleading me to think that the payment had not processed. I therefore bought the items I needed on Screwfix with my credit card without any discount.
I then later that day discover in my email inbox that the vouchers have been processed (which I then did not need). After disputing this with Your-Saving (aka rgvouchers.co.uk or Reward Gateway), they were not willing to refund the misleading vouchers.
This is very disappointing. I will not be using this service again and I advise others against using Reward Gateway or your-saving.com.
