For a while, it was GREAT... it had a seeming ton of varied "types" of chat bots for different things, such as helping with Fantasy generation, designing and detailing and crafting spells of different types, wepaons. Describe and detail fantasy and scifi metals and alloys and the various aspects involved in finding, forging them, etc... then, suddenly and without warning, every single one of them are coming up as 404 not found.

Additionally, you could, for a limited amount of querries, get answers/information without logging in or subscribing... Now, it forces a login before giving you even one response

zero memory and it lost all my work. It forgets what you said 2 minutes ago. then when you do finish a story or whatever, it loses it. It lost 10 out of 15 of my stories. error500. they said they were working on it 3 months ago but no change. they definitely take your money though- no refunds. they should have their license take away and should all be put in jail for fraud.

Extremely disappointed with both the service and the support. For several days, I was unable to use GPT-4o due to constant 'internal error' messages. This forced me to use other platforms, which depleted my subscription credits much faster than usual.

When I emailed support to request a reasonable credit adjustment for the service failure, their representative, named Fred, admitted to the technical issues and maintenance but flatly refused to provide any compensation. It is completely unfair to expect a customer to bear the cost of a company's own technical problems. It’s like paying for an airline ticket only to find out the flight is oversold, and the airline refuses to make it right.

I tried to give them a chance to fix the situation privately, but their response was dismissive. I am now looking for their cancellation policy. Save your money and find a platform that actually values its customers.

The company offers an impressive range of services on paper, but the actual user experience is a nightmare. The platforms are frequently inaccessible due to persistent system errors, which makes it impossible to maintain a professional workflow—this is a dealbreaker for anyone using these tools for work.
Furthermore, the platforms reset constantly; unless you have manually backed up everything, your progress is wiped and you have to start from scratch. Most concerning, however, is the customer support. They show a total lack of accountability and ignore all communications, even when the matter is urgent. Use this service at your own risk. There are far more reliable competitors on the market offering the same features. Highly not recommended.

Daily usage reset 24 hours , not get it! And ai is not so good many mistakes

Loved its ability to create pixel art sprite sheets in the free version. Once I upgraded it kept moving me to a different interface and when using the new features I could never get it to make pixel art sprite sheets. It just created unusable garbage that it told me were the sprite sheets.

absolutely terrible. i hated ai. i wish i bought dog food for street dogs with that money instead of buying 1 month of yeschat. street dogs are also useless like yeschat but at least they are cute and innocent.

The upload button does not even work

They couldn't deliver one patent scetch. They will end up in big trouble. Took my money too. People watch out for AI's out there!

In the first view days I could reasonably create images, but the more I asked, the more "technical difficulties" it stated. I read about the other reviews and I agree that this is probably a scam. Luckily not a lot of money lost, but still not nice and not very wise from myself. Next time more research in what can be trusted.

The most incompetent ai i have ever encountered. The idea that someone would be dumb enough to pay for this is shocking. I had it do a horary reading while I pulled up a chart on my own to check for accuracy, and everything was wrong--months wrong. Despite informing it that everything was wrong, and the ai apologizing and promising it would get the real chart, the new chart was always outright wrong.

The Free Document Fusion AI Feature does not work at all even though I complied with the size requirements.

My mistake for not looking for reviews. This site can only give you a very simple error filled product of video generation for 4 to 5 seconds. That's with a $101.76 subscription for a year. Do not waste a penny. It is a scam and worthless. You can't trust anything anymore. I gave them a chance for 5 days, it's truly worthless. I am an idiot for not researching more. Avoid.Avoid.

This company is a complete scam. Their ai program does work, but they'll attempt to scam you out of more money if you attempt to upgrade anything. The customer service is utterly deplorable, incompetent, and literally makes no attempt to fix any issues. Avoid this platform, so many better options.

It is not accurate and it is not free. I asked three questions. The first was wrong, the answer should have been 6 instances, but indicated only 4. When challenged, the AI apologized. The second question, it did not answer. The third question it asked that I sign up for $10 a month.

They cancelled my annual subscription after 1 month of course they charged me for the whole year and are ghosting me in support.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Eespecially in excel it gives errors or I can get meaningless errors when I send a photo. However, when I write to support, they get back to me and try to solve the problem. Considering the price, it is very good.

Caution, no AI video included in the subscription

Got to Yeschat whilst sourcing online sewing patterns. All it could produce was useless rectangles though it seemed to understand what I was after. So a waste of time, I have deleted all.
I did try to e mail the company but nothing came back. If you have a tenner to waste then give it a go but don't hope for much.
