I placed an order for floor mats for my 1999 F250 over a year ago. I have gotten nothing but a run around No mats have been sent to me and despite multiple calls to multiple customer service representatives I have not been able to get a refund!!
This is totally unacceptable and calls into question the credibility of this company. If, as they claim, they are unable to provide the product as ordered just refund the money paid and I will move on.

I ordered some mats with this company for my Chevrolet Malibu, I was able to get the design that I want and was still able to add side pockets to my order since I totally forgot to add them. Customer Service was great and assisted me by taking the details of my order until I received it. Mats really are high quality, you can tell just by looking at them. The turnaround time was only 2 weeks and received the mats quickly. Would recommend this brand.

Dealing with incompetent people
***NO SAMPLES WERE EVER PROVIDED AND YOUR COMMUNICATION WAS NON EXISTENT. I HAVE NUMEROUS EMAILS THAT WENT UNANSWERED***
Customer service is horrible. Never follow up, never answer emails. Took over 4 months to get my mats. I have a 22' R8, the way they measure mats is find and bring your model into shop. Finding a 22' R8 in Aubi Dubai took them 4 months. The red is supposed to be Ferrari red, mats came in orange. Ugly as could be and embarrassing. I ordered Tuxmats, came within a week. Fit like a glove, no clips were necessary and they look amazing. Bunch of incompetent people at F1

Love these mats!!
I ordered these mats because I was tired of the way the weather tech ones felt under my feet. So far I am THOROUGHLY impressed with how comfortable and hood they look. I loved how I was able to customized them to fit my thesme in the car and the side pockets were an AWESOME touch. Their customer service was easy to reach and very helpful. I placed my order and they told me it would take about 3-4 weeks for manufacturing and shipping but I got them within 2 weeks of placing my order.

I looked up quality mats for my Maserati Levante and found F1Mats. They looked amazing online and found a set that matches my red leather highlights on the interior. I was kind of skeptical... When I received them, they EXCEEDED my expectations! The quality is amazing, they fit perfect and I opted to get the Maserati Logo and it absolutely looks amazing! 2023 Slingshot R - Desert Sky
Wow! I ordered the black diamond double layer mats with matching orange stiching and black carpet inserts on top. Also ordered the 3 piece dash kit and the 2 piece side arm rests. Fit and finish was top notch! I get so many compliments ☺️
The included factory double-sided velcro tape worked on most the pieces...floor mats and arm rests. However, I ended up ordering some extra strength (3M red) double-sided tape for the dash kit. Afterwards - no issues as everything is snug and tight.
Customer service was amazing 👏 Multiple follow up calls and emails to ensure that my order was correct from start to finish.
As others have mentioned...a lil pricey but hey you get what you pay for in this case.

I purchased my set of mats as a gift but end up getting them myself. I gave them a call before placing the order to make sure that I’ll be buying the best color to match my interior. The Best Floor Mats EVER!!!
I recently purchased a set of floor mats from F1Mats and I was blown away by the quality of their craftsmanship. I have never seen such attention to detail in a set of mats before! Although they are a bit pricey, they are definitely worth the investment due to the exceptional quality of materials used. F1 Mats does not stand by their product
F1 Mats makes some very nice looking custom fitting floor mats for various vehicles.
I recommend avoiding doing business with this company. They do not stand by their product even when evidence is clear they have a manufacturing and design issue to address.
My mats are installed properly, and the rear mats extend forward along the inside edge of the front seats. After less than 4 months I noticed the mats had sliced/ripped where my front seats were moving forward and back (letting passengers into rear seats or adjusting between drivers).
I provided photos to F1 Mats and a full description of the issue and how the mats could be redesigned to avoid impeding the travel of the seats, but they refuse to honor their warranty or help me in any way.
Although they look nice, AVOID F1 Mats.

Ordered mats on February 13
Ordered mats on February 13, 2023 paid for the expedited service I called because 30 days past and no mats they told me they sent me an email asking for pictures of my vehicle interior which they said they sent an email requesting which they did not and there was no record spam or inbox. I sent the pictures waiting an additional two weeks call them up, and then they told me they were just sending them to production BS . I waited another two weeks. No emails i called they told me unfortunately they’re trying to track down the patterns to cut the mats for the vehicle. This model has been out for four years. I requested a refund. I just called today again checking on the refund. They told me that they do not have an answer on the refund yet. This company is obviously a scam and they’re taking your money and not supplying a product.

F1 Mats for 2023 Slingshot SL
I ordered a set of F1 mats for my 2023 Slingshot SL on 1 Apr 2023 I received them Apr 10, I installed them about an hour later. They fit great and the installation was easy.
The floor of the slingshot was hard and uncomfortable. I live in Florida and wear mostly flip flops. So for better control I drive barefoot. The mats feel so much better under my feet now.
The mats protect your feet from the exhaust heat and keeps the passenger compartment much cooler.
The mats look great and I have already received compliments on them. My son will be ordering a set for his sling shortly.
I was able to contact F1 prior to ordering to make sure I ordered the right mats. I received a call from F1 a couple days later to confirm everything in my order.
Everything came as expected.
You can find them via Facebook messenger and they respond quickly.
