We contacted your move a few months ago about a rental property we had seen in Scotland, they have been so supportive and helpful throughout the whole process and any advice of anything we need they have gotten back to us straight away!

Susan came over today for a quick annual visit for our landlord, to take photos and check how everything is going at the property. Despite always being a bit nerve-wracking, the visit was great, Susan was very friendly and professional and put my mind at ease. Thanks!

Susan returned for her regular inspection of our rented property. It is good to have the continuity of the same person doing the work. This way 'The Story' is clear in all our memories. The inspection was professional with minimal or no inconvenience or improper intrusion. The report was comprehensive, reflecting the comprehensive manner in which the work was done. It is an added advantage that Susan has a bright, positive and engaging attitude.

Our routine visit was carried out by Susan at the Inverness branch and as always she has been so lovely, informative and always has our best interest! Sometimes routine visits can feel a bit nerve wracking but with Susan its always felt easy.

Can highly recommend Darrell from the rental department. He is a person of his word, very professiomal and always punctual. If there is any problem he is always doing his best to get everything sorted.

This was an easy transaction. Everything about how it works was explained. Nothing was a problem.
