I have been trying to contact the company to get a refund. My doctor advised against me taking these and I have called and sent emails. No one calls me back and they keep shipping me the product! Very bad business

tried cancelling subscription, as been ill in hospital and on hospital medication 5 emails and no reply and still sending out items.

It is fake and most of all it doesn’t work! Don’t believe the videos and adds you watch‼️‼️‼️

The order arrived price was good but its not real resin its FAKE shilajit.

They're advertisement States that this is coming from the United States when you order it quickly a Chinese name pops up as the person who is your vendor when I question them about this they assured me that this is not the case it is coming from the United States and offered me a discount reluctantly I purchased and again the Chinese wording came up once they have their money their customer service goes right out the window they stop responding to emails immediately and I requested a refund immediately feeling that it was some sort of a scam that being said they didn't respond so I got in touch with PayPal who offered me a temporary refund pending a review I again told PayPal that I didn't want their product that I've told them in several different emails that they have not responded to that I don't want their product and I want a refund they sent me an email finally responding saying that if I don't want the product just let them know and they won't ship it so I did such a thing sent the final email and after a month coming from China not the US the product arrived today I contacted PayPal immediately and told them what's going on these people don't respond to emails when you have negative response to their product

I placed an order that was sent to wrong address on March 1 I got a response to provide the order number which I did in the message and then no response? I would like my refund or package resent but their customer service sucks really bad and communication is also terrible!
