Lovely product, delivery service awful
The curtains were amazing and great quality however I wasn't happy with the delivery service. It was meant to be next day delivery and a month later they still werent there. It was only because I emailed to complain that they knew and then my order was cancelled. I wasn't given an option either which irritated me as I needed the curtains so had to go through process again. As I mentioned, items are great, just not worth the fuss of the delivery for them

Found a present for my daughter that was out of stock everywhere else - at a cheaper price too than I would have paid elsewhere! Delivered to my local shop, no hassle - so easy and professional! How Internet shopping should be.

Bought a three door mirrored wardrobe and a five door, paid £99 for the five door to be assembled,but had to phone 5 times in one day to organise a time for them to attend also was told the fitting team do not take the packaging away so a trip to the tip was organised, once the wardrobe was put up they left all the bits and screws on the carpet no clean up whatsoever as it only taken an hour to assemble you would have thought a little tidy up would not have taken long.

Oh How I've Missed You!
I was looking to buy a new fridge freezer and had exhausted myself by looking in every white goods store available but all seemed overpriced with really long delivery waiting times and all rather expensive for both the appliance and delivery costs so after trawling through the internet I was pleasantly surprise to find good old Woolworths. I was absolutely bowled over to find not only was the appliance I wanted in the sale but delivery cost were incredibly low and the best part of the whole experience was to discover that I can spread the cost over 3 months without the hideous credit charges you find at JD Williams or other home shopping retailers. Also, Woolworths offers not just low cost goods but high end products too which I love especially with the option to spread the cost. I'm so glad I found the website and it's definitely a home shopping company worth telling my friends about and one I intend to use from now on. And no they didn't pay me to say any of this!!!

I was looking to buy a gaming laptop and after doing some research, decided on the Lenovo Y510P. After checking some prices online, I found Woolworths to be one of the more competetive sellers (£100 cheaper than some other stores). The order arrived quickly and I was kept updated every step of the way. Would definitely recommend to others. Great job!
Delivery 4 weeks?
I'm an amazon prime member but thought I would try woolies as for a particular item was cheaper.
I was not told the item was not in stock until I got a confirmation mail ! Then told delivery would be over 4 weeks.
Rubbish service.

Very poor After sales service . They fail to read emails properly.
Have bought 2 items , first was a faulty camera which was sent back but I was charged for delivery . Next I ordered 2 Bedside cabinets and got confirmation of 2 being in stock for delivery following day .I Only received 1 and went through torture trying to get the 1 I received sent , back to Woolworths and yet again I was charged for delivery of and Item that I would not have ordered had I known only 1 was in stock as I did Not receive any email saying a mistake had been made .
So so far a very very poor showing from Woolworsth who need to keep a better idea of stock before .
As it stands I have now missed out on my 1st order 10% discount and a further £10 off due to No fault of my own.#

whenever I order from "woollies" I get confirmation immediately, advice on any issues with delivery dates, I am always kept informed - I choose when I want the delivery and usually a text comes through on the delivery date or the day before to say the parcel is on its way - 99% of the time within an hour or so the parcel is delivered!!
I can honestly say that I miss Woolworths on the high street - and my mum and sister have said the same too - but to be able to order online is the next best thing and there are so many offers too that I wish I had a higher limit (hahahahaha)

Ordered a bed online,received email stating the date it would be delivered, delivery date came No bed. Phoned woolworths was told I should have e mailed for delivery date First we were told they said it was on mail it was not. Followed tracking service it stated it was to be delivered on original stated date.
When it finally arrived the men said they were not allowed to carry it upstairs and wanted to leave in down stairs living room.

My overall experience with Woolworths has been worse than awful. I ordered a bed in April and it took almost 8 weeks, 3 incorrect deliveries,1 completely damaged bed, over 20 phones calls by myself (which cost a fortune),over 10 complaint emails and 4 days wasted waiting in for deliveries/collections and I am now left with the incorrect bed and had to fight tooth and nail for any sort of compensation/goodwill gesture. Wouldn't recommend if they were the last company on earth.
