Trying to return an order but their automated return system didn’t work. After sending 4 emails to their customer service without any reply I have ended up trying to sell the product on an online market place here in Norway to less money than what I purchased the product for. Extremely frustrating. I probably should have sent this to Forbrukerrådet, but I don’t have time to follow up this.

Scam
I've been waiting for the order for two months. They do not respond to emails and the number they provide is constantly off.

Disaster the customer service no interest in the customer main thing cash out had to wait over a month for my refund (150€). The items are not bad but how long I had to run after this money is just embarrassing for a brand with such expensive clothes that was the last time I ordered here.

Not sure why there's so many negative reviews, ordered 3 pairs of adidas lg 2 shoes on 30th September, they all arrived on the 5th October. All good, no issues.

I bought two shirts of the same model but different color. One of them shrink dramatically after one wash, following the washing instruction. I never opportunity to wear the shirt. Contacted them and sent photos, no response ever since.

Ordered online and they shipped without the correct import info. Package is stuck in customs and can’t get it released. Customer service not very helpful. I will

Tye sweatshirt faded green fits like a dress.
Disgraceful sizing
How can you sell this,surely knowing the sizing is nowhere near your other sweatshirts.

Purchased an item which was never shipped as was advised I would have to wait 14 days for a refund. Terrible service

Fell off my bike close to this store , went in to ask if I could buy a plastic bag to gather my things , girl with no empathy said no ! I asked to buy a candle or something so as to to get a bag , she “radioed” someone to get me a candle , no please , thanks , please wait ….cool clothes , very unhelpful staff
Irony is I was wearing a sweater and trainers from that same store , that’s why I felt comfortable to go in. Definitely will not be a return customer

Had an absolutely great experience all around; ordered from within the EU but had to send it back due to the t-shirt fitting a bit to big, extremely fast and competent responses from the customer service team, all around just very hustle free, and a good and friendly service!

+Their prices are very competent, especially when compared to other, similar shops (endclothing f.e.), which is why I'd definitely, 100% buy again!

Bought some rare limited shoes as soon as they released. Paid for them, was advised they were shipped, but they never shipped them, they kept them for themselves. I had to contact them about refund and in the end they didn’t refund me the full amount I paid. They provided no details about the situation.

They always have such a bad attitude when i come into the shop they never greet you and thats a shame because they have some really cool brands
