It's so bad company
I advise you to don't order from wolt at all i ordered an order and i didn't get anything , they didn't send me the order and i paid in advance
I called the support but without any answer
So so so so so bad

Very bad service and pat 1.5 hour

Very bad service. It should be in 30 minutes, one jour and a half I am still waiting and thé time is still 15 minutes after 1 hour . They are not serious at all and kidding of people . I do not recommend at all and thé service is very bad

If I could star it with 0 or -1 I would happily..disappointed and the customer service isn't that helpful..first u should start treating customers better than saying excuses..1 hour 10 minutes and I dont even know when or if my order arrives..they driver disappeared from the map half hour ago ..very unprofessional

If I could I wouldn't even give a single star for the company bc that s... y is their service quality. It doesn't matter you paid the priority fee to get your order first they made me dissappointed, literally every time. It seems every delivery even r...trded or I don't know but it's super catastrophe and cause much anxiety. I've instantly unsubscribed the plus service, deleted the app and I will never ever again use their serviceses. Wolt died for me.

Bad experiences with Wolt

They cancel order after along time waiting if they will confirm it or not, and than they keep you waiting for an agent that of course will never show up in Wolt service, ofc other than the cold food and missing items!

Wrong order and unprofessional support.

I ordered two salmon tempura rolls (12 pieces total) for my dinner. Not only was the sushi poorly prepared, but all 12 pieces contained cucumber when they shouldn't have. I sent clear photographic evidence: one close-up and one showing the full order.
Despite proving that the entire order was wrong, Wolt support is refusing to refund the full amount. They are only offering 11€ in credits, which doesn't even cover the cost of one roll (13.90€). This is a total scam. I am not asking for a favor; I am asking for a refund for a product that was inedible and incorrect.
I won't be using this app again unless this is resolved immediately.

I ordered some desserts for my girlfriend’s birthday and clearly specified in the delivery instructions to ring the intercom. The rider did not do that. The company also claims that the rider called me, but I have no record of any missed or received call, so I seriously doubt that happened.
What makes this even worse is that the rider apparently decided to leave my order on the ground and walk away. When I contacted customer service, they told me where it had been left, but after just 7 minutes, of course, it was already gone.
Despite the obvious delivery failure, I was not given any refund. This is something I have honestly never experienced before. Absolutely unacceptable service, and I will never use this platform again.

the delivery courier was racist and using slurs and threatened to return the order. As a 1100+ orders Wolt+ customer, I immediately canceled my subscription and am about to delete my account because support said there's nothing they can do about it. Glad to see Wolt support racism. Awesome job, guys! ☺️

Most horrible service in Hungary of all!!!
Disgusting and incorrect!
They did not deliver the products (fruits and vegetables), did not ring the bell, and there was no refund at all! No package, no refund!

I will take legal steps!!!!

Miserable Service

I was a very satisfied customer until my first bad experience and how I was treated. One of my bags of groceries (the largest one) was given to another customer. Wolt were not in the slightest bit proactive so I contacted customer service who told me that I'd received my delivery. After sending a picture of the incorrect bag and after about an hour I was offered a refund (which was calculated incorrectly too). That I needed my order was irrelevant, no attempt was made to correct the wrong delivery or fulfill my order. Never again Wolt! Flink just gained a new customer.

AWFUL APP!

AWFUL APP!! AWFUL customer service, their drivers in Serbia don’t have driver’s licenses. So they wait for an hour at parking lots until the roads are clear from the police. I DELETED THE APP AND WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!

Customer support is a joke

I ordered 2 Pizzas from a place, one prosciutto and one ruccola with prosciutto di parma. It arrived without the parma. Called the restaurant and they said the ticket from wolt they got didnt mention prosciutto and to contact support.

The pizza was 16.5€ and they offered me 2€ credit for missing the most expensive ingredient on the pizza. The customer support is a complete joke, uber eats and lieferando is 10x better with their support.

Never ordering on wolt again :)

I placed an order via Wolt

I placed an order via Wolt for €39.15. The delivery arrived after more than 2 hours, and the food was already cold.

The courier explicitly told me, both in person and in the chat, that I should not accept the order and that I would receive a full refund. I followed this instruction.

However, the order was still marked as “delivered”, and I was refused a full refund. Instead, I was only offered €10 in Wolt credits.

Multiple support requests and emails were ignored or answered with standard replies. A proper refund was clearly refused, even though the service was not delivered properly.

The case has now been escalated to my payment provider.

Very disappointing customer service and completely unacceptable handling of the situation.

Terrible service.. worst ever

I ordered kfc at 7:50pm, expected to arrive at 8:25pm. I waited until 9:20pm then it said delivered on website. I didn't receive anything. They should be banned from working. Illegal customer service... illegally bad.

The worst food delivery experience that I've ever had

The worst experience that I've ever had. I ordered food and I even paid extra for a faster delivery. It took over 2 1/2 hours. The driver could not find the address, he had flipped the bag so the drink had spilled. I grabbed the bag and the bottom fell out. The burger and the fries were wet and cold and the only thing edible was a small raspberry pie I spoke to 2 customer reps and they said the driver didn't understand English. They refuse to give any restitution. Stay away. Should have zero stars
