Excellent communication and service, no issues what so ever, would definitely refer others to buy from them!

I recently purchased a leather jacket from Wilson Jackets that did not fit me that well. I contacted Wilson Jackets customer support and they helped me in making sure that I received a new leather jacket that fit me correctly. They were very efficient in making the corrections and provided superior customer support in making sure that all of my questions in receiving a new jacket were answered.

Ordered a Jacket on Wilson Jacket. The quality was terrible, Material cheap. It was a completely different material than in the photo. The Jacket is not wearable. Terrible experience and big waste of time and money. Stay well away from this con shop. The positive reviews can only be bots.

Ordered a custom size jacket. Jacket came in, but the waist was the wrong size. Wilson jackets called me and offered a discount on a replacement that they will personally verify the size before shipping.

The Cleveland Guardians bomber jacket I ordered was absolutely perfect and exceeded my expectations. I don’t know if it’s a knock off, but if it is it’s excellent. The price was right, and the quality was great. They also emailed me back with questions very quickly, and sent updates when it was slightly delayed. If you can be patient, and understand it’s coming from overseas and might take a little longer, it’s well worth the wait. I would order from them again.

While many of the negative reviews are valid that wasn’t my experience with them. I thought about only giving them 4 stars because it took a fews days longer to ship than they promised, but their communication with me bumps it back up. Ordered on April 11th, and it showed up on May 1st.

I ordered a customized "Leonardo DiCaprio Great Gatsby" suit for my son's senior prom for April 26th. The prom theme is Great Gatsby. I was promised GUARATEED delivery before 4/26 by both Michael and Peter Jackson from customer service.

"Michael", who has now ghosted me, promised he'd personally track the order since he started helping me with the order on April 10th. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. 3 days ago, Peter confirmed we're on track. Unfortunately, I found out today via FedEx EMAIL that I won't get it until Sunday, the 27th. Upon calling FedEx myself, who confirmed the package just left Pakistan, there is no way I am getting the suit before Tuesday, the 29th.

This is extremely frustrating and I have disappointed my son. Now we have less than 2 days to find a suit, which was already difficult to find for the theme.

Please do not trust this website. It took me three hours to finally get someone to transfer me to a manager as all I kept getting was excuses and "we'll do our best to see that you get it by Saturday morning". More lies....

I see mixed reviews from this vendor. I know each person’s experience will be different, but I will honestly say mine was behind my expectations. Great price, excellent product. My experience was top notch.

The suit was well made and even though the blazer didn't fit( my fault) they were prompt in responding and helping us out! Great experience!

I had seen a jacket worn by John Legend, The Voice, and thought it would be a good one to have. I found the jacket and ordered what I thought would be a well-made, attractive piece of clothing. When received, the hem and sleeves were unfinished. There were loose threads everywhere. Yes, I paid 50% less (as it was noted) but I don't wish to get a 50% finished garment.

Scam company, stay away from these scammers! They charged me money and didn't refund it or even reply to my messages. I sent them multiple messages and they ignored. They say that they would take a look at it and nothing happened. I can't send you here pictures and video proof, but here's the conversation

And after that they just ignored my emails and didn't reply anymore at all.

I ordered two sweaters from this site and it took almost 3 months to get them. Customer service kept saying they are shipping in a couple days that turned into months. Once I got the merchandise they were super small that might fit a kid. I asked for a refund and they said that do to high shipping prices (Pakistan) that wouldn’t be able to accommodate a full refund but offered a 15% rebate. This site is a scam so save your money!

These guys are complete scammers I ordered a jacket from them. Had to stay in contact with them for a whole month every other day just to get a tracking number once I got the tracking number after a month it took 48 hours after 48 hours after 48 hours for it to be shipped out once it was shipped out it got stuck in customs for five days Once it was released from customs. The jacket came and it was a complete different jacket a cheap knockoff from China than what they show on the website you know it’s a replica but at least make it look like it when you ask them for pictures, they refuse to send you pictures of the actual item they have in stock. Please do not order anything from them. Their reviews are padded. Stay away from this site

Do NOT buy from these guys! On January 5th 2025, I ordered a “90’s Minnesota Vikings Starter Jacket”. In the email they send you, confirming your order, they state, “allow 10-12 business days” for shipping. So after 13 business days and not hearing from them, I called them. They told me that my order would be shipped and I would receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, on Saturday. That was February 1st 2025. Saturday came and went and no email. So on Monday, February 3rd, I emailed them, asking where my order was. With no explanation as to why nothing happened on Saturday, they respond saying my order has been delayed and would ship out within 48 hours. So today is now Wednesday February 5th. (48 hours later). I email them and they again, tell me my order will ship out in 48 hours. What??? What happened to it shipping out 48 hours from Monday?? (Today). No explanation. Just more bullshit. So I contacted my bank and disputed the charge and got a refund.

My best guess is, these scammers never had a “90’s Minnesota Vikings Starter jacket” to begin with!

After 2 months of communication, I did not receive a product. They were prompt to reply, unfortunately it felt too good to be true because it was. My credit card company opened a claim to have my $ returned.

I ordered a shirt for my husband for Christmas that ended up being too small. Customer Service Rep, Michael was quick to assist & provide me with options to get a replacement that will fit. I received assistance to my request & follow up questions within hours of my inquiries. Quality of workmanship is excellent & I would order from them again in a heartbeat!

At the beginning it looked great. I got good help I thought but the fooled me to buy a suit thats 9 sizes to big! I asked for help when I had a hard time to understand the size chart. I got help and they told me the size was right but that was a BIG lie.
It ended up with me getting back 50 dollar and then they went silent. Thats the customs fee for me.
I really wanted that Red leopard suit-Robbie Williams.
To bad that won’t happen now.
