My package had been delivered to the…

My package had been delivered to the wrong house and no one returned it to me. I was stuck and tracking services did not help either. White fox went out of there way to give me store credit for my order even though they arnt responsible for lost packages. It did take over a month for this whole process to unfold, but I dearly appreciate them refunding me. I would be at a $233 loss. Thank you white fox!

Customer Service Avoids Resolution

I would not recommend purchasing from this website. They do not offer refunds to the original form of payment—only store credit—and they deduct $9.99 for a return label. I received a defective product, and communication was repeatedly delayed, making it difficult to resolve the issue. At one point, they even addressed me by the wrong name and incorrectly claimed I was a gift recipient who would only receive store credit. I have since taken further action regarding this matter and strongly encourage others to purchase from companies that provide direct customer service and a reliable phone contact.

Terrible customer service and unfair practices


Read the reviews we are all experiencing Appalling customer service and theft - white fox do not refund they are desperate for money

Ordered a hoodie arrived too big as they don’t offer ‘exchange’ as an option as all I wanted was a smaller size - I opted for store credit and as soon as they received my return I duly ordered the smaller size. Unfortunately this did not fit so again returned and opted for refund to card. Herein starts the problems..
They are holding my money in store credit as the second order had trumped the very first payment method despite them not offering the option of an exchange: Consumer Law UK stipulates:

‘Some retailers try to treat a reorder for a different size as an “exchange workaround”, but legally they cannot force that if you exercised your cancellation right’

I emailed on 22nd Feb as soon as i received return confirmation stating store credit - this was answered at 1am - I responded as was unhappy with store credit and was ignored until I emailed white fox business chat through instagram and low and behold responses come again out of uk business hours. Business chat emails are inappropriately ended with an ‘X’ and red heart emojis - seriously not on.

They will not refund and will not supply their formal complaints procedure stating they have no email for this or UK telephone contact and have closed my enquiry.

So beware to anybody wanting to return to White Fox - NEVER EVER OPT FOR STORE CREDIT always opt for refund even if you are reordering just a different size.

White fox will respond to this post with lies and as I have commenced chargeback with my card provider, White fox will incur far more in costs than what they are unfairly holding in ‘credit’ from me. A dispute resolution with Klarna has also been actioned.

Your most recent return was processed as store credit because the order was originally paid for using store credit, which means the refund can only be issued back to the original payment method used on that order.

Unfortunately, once store credit has been selected for a return and then used to place a new order, we’re unable to convert that credit into a refund to a bank card. This is outlined in our returns policy. As a reminder, we currently offer returns for either a refund (to the original payment method) or store credit, rather than direct exchanges.

We also apologise if the response times felt unusual. Our Customer Care team is based in Sydney, Australia, and operates during business hours Monday–Friday (AEST), which can result in replies being sent outside UK business hours.

We understand that this situation has been frustrating, and we’re sorry that the outcome wasn’t what you had hoped for. Our team has always aimed to assist as best as possible within the guidelines of our policy.

Amazing customer service

The sweatshirt I purchased arrived with a flaw (small scrape) on the front. I contacted White Fox support and they asked me to send photos of the sweatshirt showing the flaw and the tag still unattached. I did so, but did not receive a response. I contacted again and Sarah immediately responded with an apology and asked me to send her photos. I did and she responded immediately with the return label and a follow up email.

I accidentally placed an order with my…

I accidentally placed an order with my old shipping address through Apple Pay and contacted customer service straight away. The team responded incredibly quickly and updated the address for me with no hassle at all. I’ve been ordering from White Fox for years and they never disappoint. Shipping is always on time, the quality of the clothes is amazing, and it’s one of the few brands I keep coming back to again and again. Thank you for the great service!

THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER

THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! Save yourself and just don’t order. I ordered a sale dress and it arrived…. When I took it out of the bag glitter went EVERYWHERE. It is literally impossible to wear as even moving an inch releases glitter everywhere. I sent them images and asked for a refund… they refused a refund AND even store credit as they claim the dress isn’t faulty. Not being able to wear something as it damages property is FAULTY. The worst customer service I have ever received. Will never shop here again and I suggest you don’t either .

I’m very disappointed with the quality…

I’m very disappointed with the quality of a dress I recently purchased.

The dress was worn once and washed once, exactly according to the care instructions on the label. After just that single wash, it noticeably lost its colour. For an item that is practically brand new, this is unacceptable.

I contacted customer service hoping for a reasonable solution, but unfortunately the issue was not resolved.

I expected much better quality and support. I hope this feedback encourages improvement in both product quality and customer service.
