DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We were originally quoted and contracted at $16,000 to transport our yacht. We Will Transport It was provided with the yacht’s detailed dimensions and weight before the quote was issued and the transport was scheduled.

When the driver was approximately one day away from delivery, We Will Transport It contacted us claiming the driver suddenly needed an additional $7,000 because the yacht/load was supposedly taller than disclosed and because the driver had to build an additional cradle.

Then, on the day of delivery, we were told the driver would accept an additional $4,000 or turn around with our yacht. We Will Transport It claimed they would be responsible for the remaining $3,000 allegedly owed to the driver, bringing the supposed transport cost to $23,000 instead of the contracted $16,000.

When the yacht finally arrived, there was no additional cradle built, and the load dimensions were consistent with the measurements we had originally provided. The yacht was not suddenly taller as had been claimed to justify the additional charge. The driver didn’t speak English.

This was an extremely frustrating experience, particularly because the additional money was demanded when our yacht was already in transit and close to its destination, leaving us with very limited options.

Our dealings with Daniel and Carlo were also extremely disappointing. Communication and customer service throughout this situation were unacceptable. Daniel said he wouldn’t speak to me as he felt threatened.

Based on our experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to get every detail and potential additional charge in writing before allowing them to take possession of your vehicle, boat, or other cargo. I also recommend reading other customer reviews carefully before making a decision.

Short paid and they don’t answer me

Been after this broker for nearly two weeks over a load we delivered, money is owed to my driver and I have been consistently emailing, calling and texting with absolutely no luck. Customer advised this brokerage is a scam and warned not to work with them! This will be the last time I ever take a load from this broker. Marc tells me he will in fact get the driver paid and makes a new excuse every time I call. The office tells me Marc confirmed driver was paid cash and nothing is due to him. Driver had the decency to purchase 4 tires AND change them for customer while Marc said he would be reimbursed and getting him compensated has been a NIGHTMARE. Don’t do business with these scammers

Worst shipping experience ever

Worst shipping experience ever. Bought a piece of equipment at an auction site, got some shipping numbers from a couple different shippers. “We will transport it” came in a couple hundred dollars under, so I went with them. 1000 to them and 1500 to the driver at delivery. Days went by so I called Daniel @ We will Transport it. He said he had one of his better drivers but it would cost me 400 more. 😤. I said ok rather than go through the process again, and only had so much time to pick up the machine. Bought 3/25/26 picked up 4/3/26. Expected delivery 4/6/26 to 4/10/26. The driver “Road Kings” out of California lost a load, he was going to bring with it. Moved the machine to his lot. Said he wouldn’t bring the machine without another load to bring with it. I called the auction site to tell them I was having the machine brought back, I would hire another shipper. They said once the equipment left their lot it couldn’t be returned. The driver finally decided to bring my machine 4/17/26. He went 333 miles, said he wasn’t bringing it and would find a safe place to drop it “ Ronnie owner of Road Kings LLC. Said he wasn’t bringing done. This was Sunday 4/19/26. Thank God my wife had family close to where the driver was. The driver said he wouldn’t drop the machine without first receiving $1000.00. I called Daniel with We Will Transport It. He basically said “ Not to bother him. I told him to cancel the load and I will get it moved from there. He said I’m not refunding any of your money. I told him I would dispute the charges. He threatened to put a lean on my machine and bring criminal charges against me.
The moral of this story is. Live and learn and I learned that giving 1 star is generous for “We Will Transport It” and Road Kings LLC.
I called Carp logistics, Out of Gillette Wyoming. They had it here next day.

Complaint-Memo

Complaint-Memo

Formal-Complaint Memorandum:

Date: 8-26-25

From: Marcus Murphy, 5 W. Las Vegas St., Colorado Springs, CO 80903; (719) 412-1512

To: William Meyer, We Will Transport It, Inc., 2303 Arthur St., Hollywood, FL 33020; (866) 297-5551, (469) 620-0767, (800) 677-1196

Subject: Order/Contract # 21379368 (7-16-25), Formal Complaint – Unfulfilled Contractual-Obligations / Request for Resolution

Mr. Meyer:

I am writing to lodge a formal-complaint regarding the transport-services provided by We Will Transport It, specifically involving your representative, Louis DeThomas. On July 16, 2025 (7-16-25), I contracted your company to transport my white 1993 Excel Fifth-Wheel RV-Trailer (VIN: 4DLRV3125P1007658, TX Lic.-Pl.# B144873) from Two-Buttes (Springfield), CO 81073 to Adero-Az (Garita), NM 88421, under Order/Reference Number 21379368. I agreed to the terms, price, and service-level outlined in your written-confirmation and wired the fee in advance. Here is what occurred: A driver never showed-up (i.e., service was not rendered as agreed) on Tues., Aug. 12, 2025 (8-12-25); several bizarre-texts from Mr. DeThomas ensued, including him apparently impersonating a Spanish-speaking driver on-site, but from his office phone-number in Florida. Impact: The service-failure resulted in unjust-enrichment & Intentional-Infliction of Emotional-Distress (I.I.E.D.). This conduct constitutes a breach of contract and may violate applicable State and federal consumer-protection laws governing transport brokers and carriers. As such, I am seeking the following resolution: Full-Refund of $1,150.00 paid for undelivered or misrepresented services; and/or Compensation for any damages or additional-costs incurred due to your failure to perform. If I do not receive a written-response within 10 business-days of your receipt of this letter, I will proceed with filing formal-complaints with the Better Business Bureau (B.B.B.), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (F.M.C.S.A.), the Federal Trade Commission (F.T.C.), and the Florida Attorney-General’s Office. I will also share my experience on relevant consumer-platforms to warn potential-customers. I am prepared to provide documentation — including contracts, receipts, correspondence, and photographs — to any oversight-body investigating this matter. Please treat this-complaint as a formal-notice and final-opportunity to resolve this dispute without further-escalation.

Sincerely,

Dr. Marcus A. Murphy, MBA/JD (CO-LL#48442)

Poor overall service

We contracted wewilltransportit.com to pickup a forklift in Indiana and deliver it to our warehouse in Memphis TN. We dealt with a lady named Christina G. who quoted us $895.00 all inclusive. Before accepting the quote we informed her that there would be loading assistance at the pickup but we required a dock high truck to be able to unload it to our warehouse dock. She stated that she would send a dock high flatbed or a rollback to accommodate the delivery. We then accepted the quote.

When the forklift was picked up, the seller sent me pictures. I immediately called Christina and informed her that the forklift was not on a dock high trailer like we requested. She apologized for the mistake and stated she would arrange a rollback tow truck to meet the carrier at our location to move the forklift from the carrier’s trailer to our dock.

The tow truck driver showed up two hours before the carrier showed up. Once the carrier arrived, the tow truck driver demanded $231.75 or he would not do it. I tried calling Christina 6 times to get her to take care of the payment issue. The tow truck driver decided he was going to just leave so we were forced to pay him. I have emailed Christina and called and left several messages, all of which have no response.

Our next step will be legal action from our attorney.
