As always the customer care is great…

As always the customer care is great but wished I never had to call for the same recurring issue of empty envelopes being sent out over 2+ years of calling in about the same problem missing coins due to glue being faulty and envelopes un stuck !! I no the verbal reply of by heart now about reporting to managers etc Nit customer care fault but products are certainly less checked for quality these days, was never like this before maybe try not putting so much in one envelope would help , esp as your now sending smaller envelopes these days oh and maybe actually put the blue card coins in the slots you provide in the blue sleeve card would help!!

The gentleman who i spoke to me (sorry forgot your name)was very polite, went and checked on my queerie right away, was apologetic of what happened and said doesn't know how it had happened and will sort it out for me

do NOT buy anything from them !!!

Wasn't aware that I was automatically signed up for a subscription but got sent part of a collection and was charged £32 for it. Luckily my bank declined it due to the company being renowned scammers!! I've had to go out of my way to return the collection and being harassed by email and post to pay for the collection I didn't even sign up for!!!! Disgusted

Very friendly and professional

I had paid my balance twice so needed to have one of my payments cancelled. I spoke to a lady called Katie who was very friendly and professional. Katie just asked a couple of ID questions then managed to quickly deal with my problem and reassured me that only one payment would be taken.

Subscription cancelled

I emailed to say I would like to cancel my subscription and got a very prompt response the following day to confirm it was cancelled. I was very happy with my purchases and the fast action of the customer service team.

Make sure you check if the coins you buy are in a subscription or not read the small print as I didn’t and it cost me a fair penny!!!
