Stay away from WesternWealth

They lose money big time and shamelessly ask for funds to fill their pockets. Absolute disaster, stay as much as you can.

Their greed runs so high that they couldn't take a fixed interest rates when the market was all time low.

Poor management!

Run Away!

Total loss of a seven figure investment spread over several of their apartment syndications for 3yrs. They are criminally incompetent. They are only good at raising money and losing it!

Lost $120,000!

Be very, very cautious giving WWC any of your hard-earned money. These white-collar criminals overpaid for underperforming assets (apartment complexes) and did not fix the interest rate on their debt when we were in the lowest interest rate environment in history!
Their incompetence put all the investors at risk and now they have the gall to brag about their historical 18% returns conveniently ignoring, of course, the 100% capital losses for some of us. For me it was $120,000!
Now that they are strapped financially, they are not investing in nor managing their assets effectively as tenant complaints rise dramatically. Just read tenant reviews on some of these apartment complexes and you’ll be shocked.

Western Wealth Capital Warning! I lost 100% of my $200,000 investment

10-3-24 Update: WARNING: Find out how many WWC syndications have failed (liquidated for almost complete loss of investor capital), watch Janet LaPage's interview where she admits WWC business model does not work, ask about GP profits while LPs lost millions, look at WWC's retained earnings and ask why they did nothing with huge sums of cash to try and stabilize any of the syndications (oh - they loaned money at exorbitant rates and got their interest but syndications still failed), find out if investors were even paid back for capital calls, ask if they are under investigation by the SEC, ask what the deductibles are on their insurance policies and verify rate caps and details. Don't let them destroy your retirement like they did mine.

Update on 4-23-24: Despite multiple failed syndications with almost complete loss of investor capital, WWC is at it again. They are offering a new syndication. I cannot believe this is even allowed. Before you invest, be sure you are aware of their history and be careful. Feel free to contact me via Facebook messaging and I will be happy to provide documentation of my losses with this company.

Do NOT invest with this company. I am currently invested in 4 syndications with western wealth capital. 2 have had large capital calls with hope of breaking even in a few years. Doubtful though. The other 2 are being liquidated with 100 % loss of capital to investors. Yes 100%. They were too greedy to purchase proper rate caps and bailed early to protect themselves. Also buck Joffrey md (solicits for them for a hefty fee) cannot be trusted. If you need documentation call me at 509-969-0915

3-9-24 Update: All 4 syndications have been liquidated for almost 100% loss of capital. We received $884 for over $200,000 invested! They made huge fees from disposition of properties and made No legitimate attempt to mitigate damages.
Call me if you need proof. I believe They are under investigation by the SEC. CAUTION!!!

WESTERN WEALTH CAPITAL -DO NOT TRUST THEM

Western Wealth Capital and its CEO Janet LePage fraudulently induced my firm to divulge proprietary information. They also breached our oral agreement.
Under no circumstances should you trust LePage or her firm and certainly not invest with them. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Our number is 855-523-0500.
