We had a new bathroom installed and it was made so simple by all the staff from helping to us choose the wares with helpful suggestion. The installer was Andy Henderson who is a perfectionist and he did a superb job. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful bathroom.

Yesterday my boiler was serviced by two very professional and caring engineers John and Russ. They provided and great and valuable service to an elderly lady who in these difficult times needs the security of a reliable and efficient central heating system. Thank you

On the Thursday evening I noticed my boiler was leaking. I called Watsons at 9.10 am on the Friday morning and before 10.00 am Russ and John arrived. Lovely cheerful and professional gentlemen by 10.15 the boiler was no longer leaking. These were the same two gentlemen that serviced the boiler in August they did a thorough service back then and answered any questions I had regarding the boiler.

We needed a new boiler, so I contacted Watson Plumbing & Heating via their website “Request a Quote” form. I was amazed to receive a call back from Peter Watson within 15 minutes, and we arranged a site survey for the same afternoon. I paid my deposit the following morning, and two days later Watson’s engineer Paul arrived at the agreed time.

The replacement was not as straightforward as had been hoped, because problems with the existing condensate drain were discovered when floorboards were lifted. However, Paul addressed this problem with a very effective combination of good humour, tenacity and ingenuity, and the job was completed the following day.

I have nothing but praise for the service we received from Watson Plumbing & Heating. The installation and pipework has been completed to a much higher standard than the previous boiler, with great care and with attention to detail.

What would I recommend about Watson Plumbing & Heating Services?

Everything.

From my first phone call they proved themselves to be friendly, ultra-efficient and knowledgeable. They listened to my requirements and offered practical and sensible options (they are the experts after all).

When the engineers arrived the were on time and even a few minutes early. They carried out the work very carefully and left no mess. They were happy to answer all my questions in a friendly manner.

I have signed up for their maintenance plan and know that I am in great hands.
