Please steer clear of company they have the worst Shipping wait imaginable . I orders a 20 inch rope chain and a letter p for my name on first order took like a month to receive when I got it it was 18inch with a letter a when my name starts with a p I contacted them they agreed to replace witch they did with another wrong order this time chain length was correct but yet again another letter a I can't were an a when my name is Peter they can't seem to get nothing right I'm feed up I will leave reviews daily on all platforms because of this . Don't order don't order save your money then they hv the nerve to not want to fix the issue yea they've got the right one I guarantee when this goes viral they will loose . This is trash company Shipping from China 🇨🇳

Terrible terrible terrible on the shipping details and speed. I ordered a chain and bracelet set for my husband's birthday and never got an expected delivery date. As of right now I'm still waiting. Also if I knew it would take up to 8 weeks because it's coming from China I definitely wouldn't have ordered from VVS. You guys need to do better.

Unfortunately; These chains and bracelets are fake and the company is inexperienced. I have waited for about a month for this trash, I can not wear the bracelet because it is 8-inch instead of 9-inch, I ask for a refund and They said we will take 30% on the refund. WHY?

I have purchased the bracelet from VVS Jewelry, it was surprise for my mom, and she just loved the bracelet, she was so so so happy

I was nervous at first but VVS stayed in communication the entire process. Excellent customer service and fast shipping, and I mean FAST!
The overall look is 90% identical to what we saw online.
The center stone weights online are approximate, just so you know, what you will receive seems to differ slightly.
Our rings were not laser engraved as we had opted but what can you do.
One ring showed up with some scratches on the outside wall but again, what can you do, probably happened during shipping.
Bottom line, best bang for your buck!

Was given a beautiful ring for my birthday and came in to get it resized. Jewelry is very good quality and the staff are extremely friendly. Shop looks welcoming from the outside and I had a very easy experience. Will be back soon. Thanks very much.

Let’s start off by saying his response makes NO SENSE AT ALL, so I know for sure it's the owner of the site responding with a fake name, there is no such person in the company name Clara the owner is making a fake name and responding, I have screen shots to prove everything that happen all the dispicable emails he sent me last I checked 20 emails yes you read that clearly threats, sending a family picture of some family he thinks is me calling me racial slurs thinking I’m Jewish, telling me he will be knocking on my door to ask my wife that doesn’t exist if she would like him to have sex with her to show he is a real man and not me I have a lot of all this in emails anyone wanting proof of any sort emails or proof of purchase let me know, if Trust Pilot would like proof of any sort please just ask and I will send it, I can't leave an email here or I would, site won't let me, I will send anything needed to STOP the insanity THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER JEWELRY IS ALL FAKE AND VERY VERY POOR QUALITY don't take my word for it he has a lot of bad reviews all over the internet look for yourself

I didn’t want to give Vvs 1 star but I was charged express shipping I ordered Jan 9th...still sitting with Canada post now delayed here passes another weekend without my packages ... Canada post ruined my experience this is to anyone looking to buy from Vvs you will not get your order for months who knows if I will ever even receive my orders ... next time don’t use Canada post Vvs and secondly I’ve been waiting this long no refund on express shipping also they haven’t even offered my anything to keep me happy .. lastly I just downloaded wish and seen the exact jewelry I purchased from Vvs for over 100$ I found on wish for 5$! You kidding me? I hope vvs is better quality the. Wish. I’ll remove this post when vvs truly makes it right with me I’m an unsatisfied customer. Also I bought packages for 2 friends maybe I’ll have them write a review aswell. I have been very patient today is the end of my patience 1 star for a 1 star service.
