Article purchased was delivered in the "wrong" state. I am asking for a refund. Will it happen?
This doesn't seem a safe place to purchase anything according to my experience and that of others.

Same as the other reviews, dodgy looking email received, then a tracking number for China then no package arriving and no reply from customer service. Will be reporting. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a pair of timberland shoes on 23 Jan 25 and received an email to confirm the order that they would send a tracking number with 2 days which never happened. Tried to reply to the email querying about the order twice without any response. Then I came to know it is a Fraud.

These guys are in Australia and I have reported it relevant department. These guys are fake and I had to select star to add review with no choice.

Fraud. The package is not arrived to my address. Be careful!!!

Same modus operandi as all the other reviews here. You order and pay--> Tracking number--> Wrong address--> Kind replies--> I am no the seller--> case closed. Really wonder how such known fraudesters still survive.
Luckily i was able to get my money back from my CC.

Absolute disgusting service. Just a bunch of lies. I purchased items to the ammout of £44.00. I was given tracking and the apparent package was sent out by track17. All seemed OK and I followed my tracking it went to a completely different address. Had the package sent again i was told i was given the wrong tracking. I got a second tracking sent for the new delivery. Guess wat the same thing happend. You won't get your money back through these go through your bank. I hot mine back the same day.

Placed my order on 16/09/24 with a due delivery date of 7/10 where my order supposedly arrived at the wrong address. They said they would resend on 9/10 and yesterday the same tracking site (track17) showed it was delivered but I didn’t get it. It is extremely suspect that this happened twice fake and that the order originated from China. I will report this to the Gardai (Irish police). Please be warned if you consider ordering from them.

My order was in late March, early April. To cut to the chase, this company had every excuse, why I didn’t receive my order. I’m so done! I will be reporting them and contacting my bank.
BUYER BE WARE!!!!! 100% FRAUD!!!

Never recieved my so called order. Don't order from this FAKE SCAM. company. I am every day asking were was my order, their answer to me was the courier lost it. Still waiting on a refund disgrace. This is since March contacted my bank and fraud dept. Fake company

Ordered night viewing binoculars in October 2023, Ist delivery (18th January) went to Exeter, 2nd attempted delivery February 2024 has gone to Northern Ireland, according to tracking information sent out.
Awaiting refund, as waiting 3 months I don't hold out hope for any successful delivery !
Refund still not forthcoming after promised 5 - 15 days.

S.75 refund applied for to Credit Card but only £57.73 below £100 threshold, we will see !
