I'm very happy with your customer service, my conversation I had with one of y'all representative was very simple and easy for me to understand... Walk me through each step view my policy over and make sure everything was okay with me before I hung up a lot of places don't even care anymore this company is for the people.... The list go on and on I can write a thousand good things about verti insurance....

Very happy with the price. While customer service can be difficult to get hold of, they seem legit. Not had to submit a claim yet, however.

I had a great experience with this company they switch my insurance in a day I'm not good with computers they sent me everything through Gmail and walk me through step by step until I got it and my insurance is $90 cheaper
