Sadly abysmal at simply delivering .I ordered goods.Got a email from delivery company (dpd) stating delivered..wrong postcode. Contacted verity's.they said dpd use recycled tracking numbers and goods are not even despatched yet.Goods will be despatched today...a day went by nothing, contacted verity's again abd it's will be despatched tomorrow..nothing contacted then again and blamed dpd for error will be updated delivery soon..ok got tracking info..goods will be delivered today...got email stating we missed you today ( I have been home all day) stating parcel left in a local shop..a shop i cant use.Total abysmal business. I contacted my bank and instant refund

To clarify the timeline, your order was dispatched the very next working day after it was placed, in line with our stated dispatch times. Unfortunately, the issues you experienced occurred after dispatch and were due to errors by the courier (DPD), including the use of an incorrect/recycled tracking reference and subsequent delivery handling.
While we always do our best to assist customers by liaising with couriers on their behalf, we do not have direct control over courier system errors, failed delivery scans, or parcel redirection once an order has left our warehouse. That said, we did communicate updates as they were provided to us by DPD and raised the issue with them accordingly.
For clarity, the latest tracking update confirms that the parcel is now available for collection at a local DPD collection point located approximately one minute from the delivery address. We appreciate that this may not have been the preferred outcome, but the order is accessible should you still wish to collect it.
We’re disappointed that this situation led to a refund request via your bank rather than allowing us the opportunity to resolve it fully, as we would always aim to either ensure successful delivery or issue a refund directly where appropriate.
We appreciate the feedback and will continue working with our delivery partners to minimise the risk of this happening again. If you’d like to discuss this further, we’re always happy to do so via our customer support channels.

Rubbish delivery courier
Rubbish delivery courier. Sent email saying it be Monday then another saying Saturday with no notice. I was out and they left no option to redeliver, then sent my package to be collected nowhere near my house.
Eventually got someone to pick it up and item damaged waste of time and money. Never again!!!

In regards to the delivery service, once the item has been dispatched, it is out of our hands and with our delivery provider, which at the moment is only DPD. We believe the leakage was caused by a failure of proper handling of the product by the delivery courier as all our items are dispatched brand new and working from our end.
We have replied to your message on Instagram and will be sending our new products with Royal Mail as we understand DPD has consistently been poor in your area.
