I liked the sari I ordered

Love the dress. After back and forth conversation on the sizing, they got everything right but the length.

I still don’t know which of the measurements they ask me for was wrong. Trying to work it out with them now.

The price of the dress was quite reasonable and I want to re-order. I just don’t know how to do and get the right length.

Great fitting, timely delivery.

The salwar style, quality and fitting were not exactly great for the price paid.

The customer service is really poor. Ordered an item which stated "free shipping" to the UK. The item came but had an £80 import charge which I had to pay. This delayed me getting the item delivered which meant the delivery took place when I was on holiday.
Once I returned and opened the package, I noticed the garment had a stain on it. I informed customer service only for them to tell me that I needed to report this within 48 hours and there was nothing they could do.
Really poor experience. I don't expect a £200 item of clothing to arrive stained. Would steer clear of this company.

Beautiful color beige lahenga, great fitting and material.

First, I was charged for shipping even though it’s free shipping, and after complaining about it, no refund but credit to other items to purchase. If I do not buy, I lost my shipping charges.
Second, the item I purchased was for size 40. It’s nice outfit but the pant is too short and does not seem like the right size. It’s very tough to return plus I got charged for custom duty and etc. almost 60% of cost. I am not happy and unsatisfied.

The discounts are for cheap option only should have option to pick shipping or stitching. it automatically populates cheaper discount.

Necklace pieces fall off VERY easily. Not a good investment. Clothes are well made.

Kurta was good quality and true to the size mentioned, but the pants were way too tight on the thighs. I gave the pants to my brother in law who is 2 sizes smaller than me but it was too tight for him as well. I just had to buy a new white salwar from my local store to go with the kurta.

Horrible customer service. Received my item extremely late so had to go elsewhere to purchase a similar item for the event I was attending. They refused to let me return the item that I still haven’t even received yet 3 weeks after I ordered.
