worst referral service

My PCP Dr Yeh, requested a podiatrist referral 1/7/26, I called them today 1/28/26 and after transfer twice, I spoke to a lady, she told me they need the name of the Dr. That is completely unacceptable, took them 21 days to find out they need a name of the podiatry. Actually, they are the one should find a in network podiatrist for me, not the other way around. Besides, They still do not know when the referral will go through and I am not able to talk to the referral agent direct
