Bought an 8Eu code to unlock my Samsung Grand Prime and it didn't work - my error for not realising it should have been 15Eu for that model (although that was a little confusing). They refunded my 8Eu and the second attempt worked immediately.

When I first went to the website I was a little uncertain about the legitimacy of the software. I had never heard of this company or its software before, and I was reluctant to purchase in case of a scam.

However, they let you download a trial copy with some basic features that convinced me to give it a shot. After purchasing my username and password, it took me about 5 minutes to setup my phone (there is a convenient step by step instructions page for every model of phone you might have), and less than a minute for it to successfully unlock.

I would absolutely use it again, great company with great software. Don't let the lack of brand recognition put you off!

The world of phone unlocking seems to be filled with trouble but not Unlocksamsungonline. Their website inspired some trust and now that I have unlocked my Galaxy S4-Mini with them I will do it again with complete confidence! Purchased and unlocked Galaxy S5 Active Sm-g870w.They have very good descriptions of how to unlock the phone .It took about 10 minutes for the whole process.I will definitely use them again

I've unlocked a previous samsung and it was a snap. Flechamobile method involves over 20 steps and they didn't correspond to what I saw. Responses from them was condescending and entirely unhelpful. Out over $20 and my phone is still locked. Stay away from these guys!

Prior to using Unlocksamsungonline, I had spent a full day trying to unlock my Samsung Galaxy SIII from the Koodo network (Canada). I tried over 7 different utilities, free or cheap ($5-10), and none of them worked. At first I didn't want to risk trying another paid option, but now I regret not starting with this company. Super friendly and clear correspondence, and the time saved makes up for the low price-tag. I fully recommend, and will use the service again in the future.

I bought a used Samsung Galaxy S5 for At&t. Since I am not am At&t customer, I didn't want the hassle of trying to have them give me the unlock code, if they even would. The software and your company was reommended to me by another company who couldn't provide the service I was after- which was to unlock my O2 UK based Samsung S3650 phone, so that I can use it in Ireland.
