Absolute shambles of a company. Acted as a broker to get a new energy deal. Pretended to be eon, lied and misled about prices.
And the only 5 star review they have was written by the owner of the company. Absolutely disgusting. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Shoddy work. Team sent, 3 people, only one of which spoke any English and even then it was very poor English so communication was very difficult. Not informed when there were any issues, they just carried on and hoped for the best to which you're left to find out on your own. Absolutely no aftercare, just a bunch of lies and being constantly fobbed off. Only got sorted after I raised a complaint to TrustMark who are in charge of the companies that do these installations on behalf of th3 government. I suggest if youre having issues that you escalate to them. Still got issues now. Radio silence from them. If youre here reading these reviews because youre considering having a boiler under the eco scheme, id highly suggest you look at other companies and steer clear of UK energy services and hope to god that not all these companies are the same in using the absolute cheapest plumbers they can find!

This company has took the money from the government to insulate my house & provide a boiler - they’ve not only left rolls of unopened insulation blocking the loft hatch - but also smashed a chunk out of the brand new kitchen worktop - which they obviously haven’t covered - also left the bathroom covered in filth - but more alarmingly - have situated the boiler flu less than 300mm from the window sash - which I’ve been informed is illegal - I’ve now got to phone gas safe to see what’s to be done as after months of trying to contact them they’ve simply started blanking my calls

Had a call about loft insulation, said I qualified for the Eco4 scheme then radio silence. I’ve tried contacting him via phone and the company but nothing. I’m sure that if I had qualified he would be pushing to get me booked in for his commissions

Very good service. Kept in touch and helped me get a smart meter installed after I had been unsuccessful with contacting Corona.

Regards your reply , l find is shocking to say the least , l contacted your company regards loft insulation, l recieved a call can three days later asking for my details, a few days after that l got an email and call from Deborah she also send me and email and what’s app message with all your company details, when l hadn’t heard anything from Deborah after two weeks l messaged her and called her on the number, she read my message but didn’t reply or return my call, l then went into your website rang the 0800 number to get an answer phone l left a message, to get a phone call back from a mobile number from your company he asked for my details, he said he would call back and guess what he didn’t,
After reading peoples reviews on your own Facebook and due to your company not contacting me back, l sent Deborah a message saying to cancel due to the bad reviews on trust pilot and Facebook,

Be very wary of this company,
I have today made a complaint to action fraud and trading standards, as l believe that they are not a legitimate company,

UK Energy Services are a joke thay come to my house in January 2025 we in August and work still not finished cowboys come to mind keep away the have broken my boiler we have been with out hot water and heating for 5 months thay keep saying thay will sort this nothing plus left live wires hanging out the wall if you get through to them a guy called timothy Roberts just fobs you of When I say stay a way I mean it im going to be taking this company to court I have issued the paperwork plus report to the government for scamming people

I want to explain everything about this company . This company run by hamza nasir and mohhamad Bilal akram. Many people work for them from last two years . I am one of them . They do work fake . Just pretend to government we are work professionals, but they just do frugal with their work for taking picture. All the cars and vans are registered on fake documents. They cut the wages of their workers without any reason, the main thing is that they hire needy person on cash in hand they don’t give any offerlatter or anything and person or worker have no documents or any evidence they work for this company. If Bilal or hamza nasir doesn’t need any worker like when they have less work they annoy workers , cut there wages when worker argue with them they stop responding their phone calls and massages and cut their permanent wages . I know many workers request them for their wages from last 4 months. It is big amount of wages like £1500 pound per worker. So I request all of you don’t trust them and make reports against this company. I request to government of uk to review this company and Cancle license don’t give work to this company.

MINUS 5 STAR RATING!!! We had eco loft team from energy solutions and the 2 lads turned up walked round my home for an hour or so in and out of every room without explanations spent alot in bathroom door closed taking pics every room. Then stuck vents on windows taking pics then removing them to use on next rooms window pics. Placed radiator valves onto the caps the re now to take pics to show they had been fitted to every radiator then proceeded into loft to insulate it and have used half of a roll of insulation that our landlord has purchased and stored there waiting for the garage install next week. So this company have pictures for the great british insulation scheme to show they have supplied and fitted window trickle vents to 9 windows along with supplied and fitted 7 thermostatic radiator valves and insulated in the loft space. When really they insulated the loft also using half a roll of insulation that is not their property and now needs to be replaced purchased 5 thermostatic radiator valves and left them at the front door still in boxes fitted 0 trickle vents and left knowing they are going to claim thousands of pounds fraudulently in my opinion from this scheme for low income homes. As a disabled consumer I think this is atrocious how they can get away with it.

I had The Eco Loft Insulation team from UK Energy Services visit my property on 8th September to install loft insulation and ventilation. While the insulation work was done well, I encountered a serious issue with my boiler during their visit.
Before the installation, the boiler case was securely in place and functioning properly. However, during their visit, the team entered every room in my home, including the bedrooms, without asking for permission or explaining their actions. When they inspected the boiler, they dropped the case, and since then, it hasn’t fit correctly. The broken hinges caused it to eventually fall off completely, and I’ve had to tape it up to keep it secure.
I reported this issue to UK Energy Services Customer Support on 24th September, but I haven't yet received any response. It’s clear that the company is not taking responsibility for the damage caused by their technicians.
I want to warn others considering using this company to be cautious. Their team may cause damage to your property, and based on my experience, they are unlikely to own up to it or offer any help in resolving the issue.
