Insidious and intentionally confusing.
Cancelled my membership 5 months ago but just noticed they have been taking payments.
They intentionally make the cancellation process over convoluted with additional steps that loop back through a process. AVOID.
They claimed that I didn't finish the cancellation process... Cheeky little....!!!!
Very dishonest company I didn't even know I'd signed up and when I saw payments take out I immediately cancelled but they are still took another two months payments

I signed up for a trial then cancelled. They claimed to have not received my cancellation and still took my money. But conveniently didn’t send me the books that were included in the subscription, nor was there any welcome email or any info to tell me that I was now a paying member! Now refusing to refund.

Update 20.9.24: They have linked my email & Paypal account with the monies received and refunded me. Thank you Twinkl! It related to me having a separate email for Paypal from the one I subscribed to Twinkl on. (Unable to change date of experience on review.)
Update 15.9.24: They found me on the system and refused to refund 3 months money - despite me disputing for 3 months.
They could not find me on the system. Have replied to that email. Hoping to have money refunded.
Told them multiple times I did not want their subscription.
Never used “free trial”, couldn’t speak to anyone and taken £100. Very difficult to cancel or talk to someone that is is not a robot. Horrible customer service, no reply regarding refund
