I found this company/website very unprofessional and the customer service team very rude. They just want you to make the money for them no matter what and staff/ readers are forced to lie to vurnerable people so they can stay on the line longer. I completely agree with all the negative comments about this family run company. And yes, I have to mention the sex line too, they offer that as the other option for psychic/ tarot readers. They totally forget that you are the one paying their wages but they still want you to do "designated shift". They just rip people off on both sides - customers and readers too.

As an ex employee of this company, I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, in just about every sense. I am a professional reader of 8 years and I consider myself one of the few who are not in the business of preying on vulnerable people and telling them what they want to hear, just to make a quid, which is what seems to be the entire premise of this so called family run business. First of all, there is no vetting process for any readers to test if they actually have legitimate psychic ability... I don't want to undermine all readers on here as I am aware there are a few that are very good, but the majority are very bad and bordering on talentless. I know this because I have spoken to them myself. This is supposed to be a company where a reader can choose their own schedule to suit their lives, as long as you work 12 hours or more a week, but this is really not the case. The harassment from staff is constant, even if you're a couple of minutes late for a shift, the Miss Trunchbull-esqe line manager, thinks that it is completely within her rights to browbeat and bully you like a school child and try to force you to work more hours so they can line their pockets. She's on you like a rat up a drainpipe if you miss a call and they will threaten to remove you from the system if it happens more than once. If you happen to miss a shift for whatever reason, then you must do a 'make up shift' because as far as they are concerned, you owe them one. It costs the average caller 45p a minute, of which the reader receives a fraction of that for their services. In the time I worked there, I was on 12p a minute, which remained the same even when the caller was paying the higher per minute amount. They don't pay you for the first minute of your call either. If you work from a landline rather than a mobile phone, you get the higher rate which is around 16p and this also applies if you work more than 20 hours of the week, although you have to be doing this for the entire month to get that higher rate, not just one week. I noticed that there was a deficit in my earnings (I wasn't checking it regularly) over a 5 month period when I should have been receiving the higher rate but was paid the lower rate. I called in to query it to see if it could be straightened out but they told me that they could only backdate payments for 1 week, so therefore I would just have to accept it. This is generally how they treat their readers and they constantly recruit new ones. The staff will always encourage you to keep the caller online for as long as you possibly can and you can consider yourself disciplined by none other than Miss Trunchbull if the time spent in each call doesn't touch a certain amount of minutes. There are a lot of people calling in this line that are vulnerable adults, many with legitimate mental health issues and not at any point have I encountered concern or any type of advice given to readers regarding advice or aftercare for these people. I recall a conversation with a line manager laughing about a particular long time customer who, "had been trying to commit suicide for 12 years" which I thought inexcusable. They have a convenient loophole by branding this work 'entertainment' which absolves them from taking any accountability for exploiting people's vulnerabilities. One of the office personnel who is also a reader told me she lacked confidence in her reading ability but was told by management just to make it up as she went along. The other thing this company won't tell you is that they also have a sex line, which is manned simultaneously by some of the psychics and office personnel, you get the option to do both. My experience with trusted psychics really was a lesson learned. A misdirected exercise on my part as I was trying to find my feet in the world of professional reading which a bunch of negligible cowboys with only concerns for the money they are earning from their reader's skills and caller's problems. I sent an email on one occasion to let them know that I had some ongoing concerns within my family that I would need to take some time out for, this was no small thing that I was dealing with... and after a couple of weeks, I found myself removed from the platform with no notice or any communication from anyone. It really was a blessing in disguise, all said and done. Needless to say, neither the company owner or her audacious, ill mannered little daughter have any psychic ability themselves, so their competence to run a business dealing with genuine readers seems highly questionable. This company really needs to be moderated at the very least and at best, shut down. There is nothing trusted about these people, zero integrity, no company ethic, just sleazy, greedy opportunists. It won't be long before they're obsolete. There's a prediction for you, free of charge.

I have been a loyal customer to this company, but today I recieved the most rudest reply from your helpline/customer seevice team, when I made a complaint several months ago about my money being lost in your loop hole, only to receive a reply 6 months later with the most unprofessional and sick attitude towards its customers. They tried calling me a liar when I provided dates with screenshots provided several times. In the end, I recieved the credits that I was owed, and should have been done months ago, not now. I was blames for their own technical issue, with one of your colleagues basically telling me that they were too lazy to search far back for the dates and messages. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the helpline too. Not professional at all. Sort your staff out as we are the ones who are keeping you in a job with our money. No complaints about the psychics, but there have been moments where my money is taken when I go to ring and I've not been put through to my chosen psychic. I think you need to sort your outdated system out.

I had a really great reading today with Candi. She knew things she couldn’t possibly have known to do with my situation. She was fast and accurate. Like any site there are good and bad readers but Candi is excellent. I’d definitely have another reading with her.

SPOKE SUCH RUBBISH ABOUT A CLOSE FRIEND, COULDN'T BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH, ALL LIES, AND A LOT WAS HER OPINION, NOT SPIRIT, AS SHE DIDN'T USE TAROT CARDS. SHE CONTINUED TO RABBIT ON, ID ALREADY PAID SO LET HER, AND NOTHING MADE SENSE AT ALL, EVEN MY PARTNERS CHARACTER, SHE SAID, HER GUIDES WERE NEVER WRONG, SHE D WORKED WITH THEM FOR 40 YEARS ! WELL I THINK THEY WERE TAKING THE P...S WITH ME. A LOT OF READERS ARE DELUDED, AND THINK THEY CONNECT WITH SPIRIT, WHEN THEY DONT, ITS JUST COUNCELLING AT THE END OF THE DAY, AND BEING OPINIONATED. PURE SPIRIT WOULD NEVER GIVE SUCH UPSETTNG NEGATIVE MESSAGES, YOUR MESSING WITH PEOPLES LIVES, PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY COMES TO MIND.

Update- Days later from my email, no reply from this company. I can't get through via their "customer service" number either. So I am going to make an official complaint about them to OFCOM. This is imo utterly unacceptable for a plethora of reasons... Please read about my "experience" with them here. One which I'd never want to to repeat, let alone pay for. Imo totally unprofessional & very upsetting.

Initial bad experience. I was put through to someone who I did not request, who told me she couldn't connect psychically.

They waste your paid for time by telling you you're being put through to your chosen reader only to find that it's not at all.

The last lady that evening did give me a good reading to be fair however it wasn't who I requested. I think I was just lucky that time & after this company wasted paid minutes beforehand.

After several failed attempts on my money per minute, I wrote an email to them explaining this. I received an email back to say that they would give me 10 minutes as a goodwill gesture & they would be available in a couple of hours.

Days later I rang using my pin number to discover that they had not added any minutes at all.

I tried again this evening and same thing happened. I could tell the reader I'd been put through to & i did not request, didn't get any real info. Not only that but some of it was not true. It was about my beloved rescue dog's recent passing. I know how ill she was and how she passed. I was with her along with my vet. So very upsetting & a woolly untrue card reading I could have well done without.

As if that wasn't bad enough, she repeatedly commanded me to say "Left or Right"? Huh? I could barely hear her anyway. I had no idea what she was on about! She told me prior to this that it would take her approx 90 seconds to connect with my recently passed dog.

So naturally I thought she was a medium. I wasn't told she was imo a very basic card reader. It was just after the call i twigged why she commanded I say "left or right" repeatedly. She was likely simply looking at her own divided card decks imo? She mentioned a card by name at some point.

I went back on the website & voila. The lady's pin who I requested was still available for some time. Through my tears from their "reading" I took screenshots of their website to prove it that are obviously dated and timed.

My thoughts are that the automated system randomly selects someone and doesn't give you the chance to hang up if your chosen reader isn't available. I could also barely hear her so she had to repeat herself, wasting more minutes to hear what transpired to be absolute, upsetting rubbish.

In future I'm going to light a candle, do my own meditation & use my own cards if needed. Far more pure & wholesome than the woolly drivel I've just listened to.

This site in my view is not worth the money or the time wasting. You might get lucky but then again, it may be just as effective doing a reading on yourself.

I've spoken to numerous psychics from this website and whilst they're cheaper than most other psychic websites, not a single one of the 5 gave me any accurate information. It was either extremely vague or the predictions made didn't come true. Just not a single experience that left me with any faith in that website at all. And the worst thing is that many of then have such great reviews and then I wonder why I didn't have that experience. Are the reviews fake? Makes me wonder.

I had a really good reading on Trusted Psychics. Sarah was soo good and answered lots of my questions. She is such a good psychic. I always use Trusted Psychics for my psychic readings. I like the fact that its cheaper than most others. and their readers are really good.

Trusted psychics. the name fits. Ive spoke to several readers on here and Ive faith in everyone I spoke to to date. I am a frequent user of these psychics and they have never disappointed me yet.

Yes, there are a couple of good readers on here, yet predominantly there’s so many of them who are very gullible, easily manipulated & coerced, lacking in judgement, & they are purposely dishonest, withholding, deceptive, & are bankrupt & devoid of sound judgement, integrity, ethics, & decency.

It seems that stupidity, disorder & irrationality is the order of how this company operates its business - also the readers are not obviously ‘psychic’ at all, as I’ve had some very serious bullying & slander going on in my life, & as a last resort I spoke to them, & these pathetic bullies predictably called up these lines to discredit & undermine me.

Desperate, & very crazy, & the readers are clueless & obviously well, ‘not psychic’ are they if they cannot process that they’re being lied to, deceived, & manipulated.

Initially the readers were kind & compassionate, until the creeps in question who slander, bully, & harass me in my everyday called the readers up, & undermined my credibility & reputation.

Very odd, & very strange.

These bullying entitled individuals who are calling up these lines all of the time are autocratic, controlling, & delusional, & they don’t realise that they are the actual ones informing the ‘so called psychics’, thus they get their information from the other people who are calling them up, ie, those who are interconnected & associated with them (obviously), & thus these foolish silly silly women are being played, & are desperate, stupid & not so wise or smart enough to realise that it’s not really a psychic reading at all is it, aka you are all calling up the lines regarding the very same love interests, the very same men, - this goes without saying - so of course, no wonder the information that you’re receiving is so precise, Duh!

I on the other hand only called initially to get some kind of relief in sight from this ongoing slander, aggression, abuse, & bullying, although instead these vile & unethical readers used my vulnerability to appease these regular callers, & passed information onto them which naturally made matters much worse for me & kept these loons hooked on some kind of twisted codependency to amuse themselves & power trip.

Pathetic overall. I felt slightly annoyed yet it was expected, although I couldn’t believe how desperate & pathetic it all is, all of it to predictably acquire information so they can create chaos, - all this undignified behaviour to appease these twisted abusers in question who are desperate to control perceptions & outcomes.

In the beginning I was onto the con, & deception, & I would call occasionally to hear what slander was circulating. Yes….

That’s how very crazy & very desperate some people are, & how lacking in judgement & ethics this company & its so called psychic readers are.’

I reiterate, I’d call the lines up to hear what absurdist slander was circulating about me, & sure, at least they were informative about this, & overall it was a pretty good laugh, & it certainly was & is very strange, bizarre & bemusing.

Beyond the pale, it beggars belief.

I don’t believe in psychics, although to be fair, even if you are calling just to have somebody to talk to, it should be expected that there’s at least some kind of respect, decency, & empathy, - your clients are seeking out comfort, & support, & you should expect that when you’re paying them money, there should be some understanding, confidentiality, kindness, discretion, & respect, not to be ripped off by being humoured, lied to, & treated & re-abused with a rude condescending attitude based on the hearsay of such obviously ridiculous obsessive bullies calling up the lines all of the time.

These readers purposely blatantly insult your intelligence to try to make you even angrier, & sadder, & in doing so they try to create some kind of warped trauma bond, thus attempting to induce more trauma & anger, & what’s worse is how they are obviously trying to make a vulnerable persons situation worse.

Pathetic.

I tried to talk to management about this violation, & absolute lack of ethical behaviour, in fact I even wrote them a few letters, & they decided to listen to these desperate, irrational, pathetic, entitled, dominating & vacuous bullies, - as this is obviously financially more auspicious, & fills their bank accounts as they call up the lines all of the time so obsessively & fervently.

Very surreal, - I mean you really can’t make this nonsense & rubbish up, & in the end I’d just ring up once in a while to listen to the madness, & have a good hard laugh.

Although to be fair, yes certainly, there are a couple of decent good readers with integrity on here, yet you just have to find them.

Since my review doesn't pass I'll put it here. For all the people who are wondering why they don't get the readers they are paying for, is because they are linking you to another reader who is available at the moment. Us operators can't not say the truth to clients because the company doesn't allow it. So please don't 🙏 get @ngry with us, because us operators signed up for real psychic jobs. Just to find out that it isn't because I didn't get my profile till this day on the website. I didn't get paid as well but instead get put my account on hold. Feel free to ask me more questions Lovelies. 😇

Absolutely appalling. I have used this site many years the readers are wonderful however the company is not. Today the site has been down all morning it is now lunch time still not fixed. Lost minutes trying to get a reader unknowingly that the site was not working and through listening to the automated system to see who was actually on! Sent repeated emails not getting answers to getting minutes back. This is a repeat thing with this site going down not working etc. Seems odd the day before they changed look of site etc then stops working. As I said readers are wonderful as a running of a company or customer service disgusting

Please don't waste your time or money. The telephone system they use for credit card payments seems highly unethical. It is also very difficult to get through to any of the 'better,' readers as they have no booking system. There are far better lines out there who employ readers with at least some talent which is very sadly lacking on Trusted Psychics!

Terrible company. I have emailed them lots of times and my emails are just ignored. They pray on vulnerable people and let them spend thousands of pounds using several cards till they have nothing left keep sending you text messages to get the answer! All of the readers are fake and nothing anyone has ever said as been right. They charge you from as soon as you call minutes are lost trying to be connected to someone. The reviews mostly are fake I have posted lots of reviews and they are never published. Avoid these scammers absolute appalling

Never done a review in my life so this is a first, when things were shaky i called this service so pleased i did in every single way helped me see forward and were so spot on Cheers
