On Saturday evening 25/10 19:00, I visited the Tre store in Kista Centrum to ask about the iPhone 17 Pro Max. When I showed my BankID, the staff member said he needed a physical ID to discuss any questions, which I understand. However, when I asked why BankID isn’t accepted for verification, he became annoyed and told me not to teach him his job. I then asked for general information about the iPhone 17 Pro Max—such as price and available models—but he refused to answer and told me to leave. I don’t understand why an ID is needed just to share general product information. This behavior felt very unprofessional, especially from a representative of a reputable company like Tre.

I have used three now for about 35 years both in the UK and Sweden. They are for me one of the best and most customer focussed company I’ve dealt with. They always do their best to over deliver on your wishes and have been honest in trying to save you money also.

Absolutely not recommended. Probably the worst customer support I’ve ever dealt with. I recently moved to 3 and it’s already been a nightmare. Don’t be fooled by their slightly cheaper prices it’s not worth it. They sneak in extra charges on invoices and then try to cover it up. Honestly, one of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences I’ve had with any provider.
