I had an absolutely horrible experience with trax. I was supposed to have my package in two days and now it's been over a week. No clear communication. The tracking is completely innacurate. They never answered my call. The tracking showed it was out for delivery like three times. Then they called me and told me how my package is in another city and if I can come pick it up?! How is it this hard to deliver within a city? I've never had such an experience with a courier company. Avoid it.

Worst worst worst my customer didn't received any calls from the rider yet they kept lying that the delivery was unsuccessful but they delayed my parcel for a week and yet they didn't delivered I don't have money for that now

Rider threatened to come to my house and rape me after yelling at me about having too many parcels and being too busy when I asked him when he would deliver my parcel. Tried to email to complain and the email bounced. No clear address or phone number for the local office to complain to.

Extremely disappointed with Trax Courier. My parcel has been delayed for several days, and every time I try to get an update, I only receive false promises.

Instead of providing clear communication or timely delivery, they make excuses like weather or rain and keep pushing the delivery to “tomorrow.” This is completely unprofessional and shows no sense of responsibility toward customers.

Their tracking system is useless, and customer support never responds properly. A courier service’s job is to deliver on time, not to blame conditions every time.

This kind of service is pathetic and unreliable. I’ll make sure to avoid Trax in the future and warn others not to use it if they want their parcels delivered safely and on time.

Don't deserve even a one star .. ridiculous service ever...
They make the other person mad by not attending or answering the calls .....parcel delivered never on time...poorest service ever...it's a first and last try....I must say ..🙂🙂

1star bhi deserve nhi krty ye log. Bohaat beykaar service hai 1maheeny sy zayada hogya mera parcel mujhy deliver nhi hoa website pr track kro to your parcel is out for delivery and next day wo delivery unsuccessful hojati hai mujhy khud jaa kr leina para parcel inky wearhouse sy.

Doesn’t deserve one star either but thats the lowest you began with! TRAX, a pathetic and no sense of courier sense! yet they are in courier business! Deceptive, lying openly on there tracking, lazy and unprofessional personnel at there chat portal, total Ridiculous responses that makes any sense, a total disaster! Since September 8th TRAX delivering my shipment! Do not use TRAX at all, asked your shipper if they using TRAX, you want it. Delaying shipment is understandable due to bad weather but lying blatantly is not acceptable! TRAX lies lies and lies, nothing else.

Pathetic service,the rider keeps lying that the contact was made with the clients but in actual they don't.Worst ever services by a courier company.

They delay the deliver and do not respond to calls and their service is really poor.

Trax should rename to Trash courier service

Worst delivery service.
Keeping the package with them for days at destination instead of sending out for delivery.
If you try to call, music rings for 10 min and says "Your call is important to us, one of available agents will soon be with you" and after 10 min waiting, call disconnects by saying "Goodbye"

I am really disappointed with the service. Every day they say delivery will take 1–2 days, but it has already been several days. I have been constantly calling, messaging, and emailing without any proper response. Very poor customer service and no timely delivery.

Package was opened. Never ever trust on Trax.

From karachi to my destination is around 5 hours of driving I bought headphones from A4tech sadly they sent my parcel by this courier, worst experience i ever had of online shopping never happened this to me i always recieved parcel within 24 to 48 hours maximum from karachi to naushahro feroze, the parcel is reached the destination around 50 kilometers from delivery location where i am living and its been three days the parcel is reached over there but they are not delivering it yet, so suggestion to Ecommerce store owners if you want to destroy your business then use this courier service to lose your customers and i will never buy something from A4tech store directly i will always buy from daraz or other responsible stores who deliver quickly.

Worse company to trust to send a package, their riders are rude and misbehaves. Expect an old lady to walk 4 km to pick up the package rather delivering door to door.

Trax is actually a scam. They have been telling me for almost five days that your parcel is coming today. My parcel is worth 25k. Shit company
