I am now working as a data analyst and I can say transform learning academy is the way forward to move your career forward. The projects were really useful and you learn new skills a long with the projects which will be useful in your everyday life. Full support is given a long the way and would highly recommend!

I had a really positive experience working with this TLA. The project I completed with them was well-structured and highly valuable, and I gained a lot of practical knowledge throughout the process.

The team is extremely supportive, transparent, and always ready to help at every stage. Maj is wonderful—very helpful and always available to support, even outside regular sessions. Shaz is also very responsive, whether it’s via email or general discussions, and addresses queries promptly. The rest of the staff are equally professional and supportive.

The learning material provided is very useful, up-to-date, and aligned with industry needs. The level of support throughout the program is excellent and really helps build confidence.

However, when it comes to job hunting, it’s important to understand that success also depends on individual effort. The academy provides strong guidance and support, but personal motivation, consistency, and dedication play a crucial role. Your understanding, effort, and how much you invest yourself make a big difference.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this TLA. They deliver what they promise, and if you follow their guidelines while putting in your own effort with consistency and commitment, you can achieve great results.

A very hands on experience with experts that have been in the industry and willing to provide guidance. What a great learning experience which have immediately added value to my career. Through this I landed my role as soon as I was ready. Plus they help in ensuring I had my BCS certificate ensuring that you have added value upon completion.

I originally posted this review on 27th February 2026. I then receive an email from Trustpilot to say that the Transform Learning Academy asked for more details to better understand the experience. I provided the information within the 3 days but it seems that the Transform Learning Academy could never find a student who leaves a one star on their system. I even emailed Trustpilot with screenshots of the emails between me and Transform Learning Academy, only to now find out that my review has disappeared and I did not even get notified so it is obvious that the Transform Learning Academy has been paying some company to remove one star reviews from the internet! Trustpilot has been emailed confidential info on the TLA, and still chooses to entertain them.

Original Review:
I joined the TLA last summer and paid £2400 for their Business Analysis programme (they also offer a data analysis and project management program). On the intro call, was told by Shaz, we would be placed on a 3 months FTC, working on a real live project for a national client.
In reality over 60 students were instructed to complete "dummy" tasks as part of this ERP project, such as a business case, use case-diagrams, user stories, UAT and wireframes with no involvement from any real client. We were told to use "Skechers" as the "client" despite no connection or actual involvement with anyone from Skechers.
After completing the so-called "live-project", career coaches instructed us to add the "dummy" tasks to our CV's as professional experience under Reynolds & Parker Solutions and confirmed that this company would provide references. Students are paying the TLA for a "fake" reference and they market it as "work/project experience", despite no student being paid by an employer.
Students were told to change their previous role titles and fill long employment gaps by just asking the TLA to extend the 3 months timeline, sometimes at an extra cost. This was mentioned by the career coaches themselves.
Once I realised that the TLA was effectively selling fabricated experience and non-genuine references I managed to get my money back through the fraud department within my bank.
The TLA operates in a misleading and deceptive manner, targets equally disohonest students who many times require sponsorships, are new to the UK and largely from Nigeria, India and Pakistan, which was 80% of the students in my course.
They encourage dishonest practices, with every person working at the TLA being aware of this. Employers are essentially at risk because they are not aware that these students are not experienced in Business Analysis and 3 months does not make one a Business Analyst.
As someone who worked in recruitment this is wrong and I have made all the recruiters I know aware to not put any candidates from the TLA and its associated companies (Robson Moore, Alexander Maclean, Anderson Reed, Reynolds & Parker Solutions, Lawrence Mitchell Associates, Harrison Bennett Associates, Caldwell Foster Advisory and Weston Marshall) through to any employers and to instead report every single student. This company charges job seekers to provide fake work experience and fraudulent employment references, this is called "reference houses" or "reference mills" and its considered hiring fraud. Companies liek the TLA operate by creating fake companies, websites and phone numbers to verify that someone worked there and bypass background checks. Job applicants providing false references are liable for misrepresentation and breach of contract and this is considered to be a criminal offense.

TLA is such a great programme, any questions were answered as soon as possible. I decided back last summer that I wanted a career change, I saw this and thought “let’s find out more”. Course was explained to me, no trying to sell, just an informal chat to see if it’s the right opportunity for me.
I have no regrets and secured by first role as a BA, it is very daunting and I am still at the early stages of my new career (I am definitely not a BA expert yet and this course is not designed for that), but it is all thanks to TLA for the support they have given me. If you want to become a BA, then TLA is certainly worth investing into to help you along. Special mention to Maj as well.

Deceiving sales Pitch- Ask quesitons before joining
False and Deceiving sales pitch.On multiple occasions they mention transitioning from other careers into buinsess analyst. After reading reviews on Trust pilot, I messaged two career coaches- one mentined an individual tranisitioning from post office to business analyst and the other jsut few minutes ago invied me to an interview of another indivudal who transitioned from healthcare to business analyst job. On doing some basic searches , it clearly shows both individuals already had prior business analyst roles and experience and also held business analyst roles in the post office and healthcare respectively.
I have asked both career coaches to provide evidence of individuals who have no prior business analyst experience but none of them have responded. Till they don't answer , I am not willing to part with my hard earned money.
