Fraudulent Practices & Concealment of Defects by Toyota Turkey

​I purchased a brand-new 2026 Toyota C-HR from the Toyota Cavdarli dealer in Bursa. Upon delivery, I found more than 10 scratches on the vehicle. Instead of fixing the issue, the dealer applied an unauthorized ceramic coating to deceptively hide the defects. Despite clear evidence, Toyota Turkey has refused to take responsibility and dismissed my case (Case No: TME-0000009775). This is a clear case of consumer fraud and a complete violation of Toyota’s Global Quality Standards. I have already escalated this to Toyota Motor Europe and Japan HQ. I will seek my rights through all international and legal channels.
