We ordered items early December 25 - paid express post 1-4 days promise. We are still waiting. Just empty promises that they are working hard to get orders out. Very poor experience. 1/10

Great tool, great service
One of the items I orders came damaged by the courier, I phoned up tough tools and a new one came the next working day. I buy alot of tool from these guys and there great 👍

Hi - We are unable to track this issue and if you are to provide us information we will get straight back to you. All our goods are shipped with tracking information so if it has gone missing we can take it up with couriers. We do our best with all orders but sometimes issues happen with delivery that is out of our control. Please give us an opportunity to correct.

Hi - thanks for comments. We have had 2 years of ridiculously high courier charges and we have now managed to get better prices from Fedex. We have reflected this on our delivery charges. Our new website due to launch and will have transparent delivery charges as we appreciate this causes issues at checkout. We hope that the courier services are now more stable. All feedback appreciated.
