Disaster in terms of communication and shipping. Order placed at the beginning of June, which was supposed to be shipped in mid-July, still hasn't arrived.
It is possible to contact customer support via email, but you have to wait a long time for a response, or be lucky if you get a response at all (‘we have to check with the warehouse’).
With no alternative and having already paid for the goods, I guess I'll just have to continue to be patient – what a shame!
