Very poor quality and after sales customer service
I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money in their flagship store in Barcelona. The measure of a good company is customer service post sale when something goes wrong. This brand markets itself as good quality cotton but in my experience it is as poor as the after sales service.
I bought two items and spent around €200. After one wash by hand in cold water the t-shirt I bought had two holes in it! I live an hour from Barcelona and was travelling with work for 2 weeks, plus the cooler weather meant it was warm clothes not t-shirts. so 6 weeks later when I visited Barcelona again I took it back to store. The assistant there was great, really helpful, taking photos of the holes and saying she would speak to her manager.
They basically told me they couldn’t do anything about it and there was no fault with the product I purchased. I’m sure I’m not the only person to get holes in a garment after one wash, so if you read this beware of this brand it does not deliver the quality it promises.
