Beware of the boston cream donut

I don’t eat many donuts in any given year, but when I crave one, it is a Tim Hortons Boston Cream. What the hell is the thing that is now being served. It looked like chocolate when it came home, until the pale brown greasy tasteless mess slid off the top. Ate it anyway (a craving being a craving after all). However all I tasted was an overly sweet object. Disgusting. So I suppose I will live the rest of my life not depending on the Tim Hortons of the past to satisfy my occasional urge. I live near a Country Style. They will be my next stop. Hopefully they haven’t sold out to the gods of greed (as in, perhaps they still use actual chocolate),

p.s. your lids on take-out coffee suck

Can't stand the one on 22ed street. Like they say their bathrooms are always not working and the aboriginal older lady she's acts racist towards her own people. Rather hate to tell the truth though ...honestly whats going on with our own kind .pretty sad.

99.9% of the time when visiting a Tim…

99.9% of the time when visiting a Tim Horton's establishment anywhere in the city I am currently living in, the order I have gotten is completely messed up. The customer service is horrible. Terrible. It is disgusting what Tim Hortons has turned into. Robbing both citizens and foreign workers. However obscure the hiring practices are, the customer service is reflected in the workers. As well as the owners and operators alike. Timing these works and pushing them to their absolute limit is atrocious. I will be actively turning to media to hopefully spark a nation wide boycott of any product except perhaps the only product they do right, coffee. Drop their sales and alleviate their workers of horrendous working conditions.

Rip-Off move from TH.

This is now the beginning of July 2024. They have recently Introduced Retro donuts, one of them being the Blueberry Sour Cream. I know that it's been around for 6 or 7 years, usually in the winter. What I do remember, however, is that this particular donut was priced exactly the same as every other donut. Now the price is a $1.79, for a "specialized" donut. Another BS move from Tim hortons. Nice going.

No longer Canadian

Terrible service. Since they started hiring subsidized workers, Tims has down hill fast. We need to boycott Tims until they start hiring our high school kids and senior who need the extra income. I feel like I am in another country when I enter Tims

Customer Service has been lost with this company!

They regularly get my order wrong which tells me they do not listen when you order. That is the #1 Customer Service rule. This site wouldn't allow me to upload a pic of my coffee from this morning that is loaded with coffee grounds! What happened to this once great Canadian staple?

Do Better - Drive Through Wrap 😑

I went to the drive through at the Tim Hortons Martin St. Location in Milton.
I ordered a coffee and a wrap with egg and sausage. The person taking my order proceeded to ask me if I wanted sauce and a hash brown. I specified that I did not and only wanted egg and sausage in the wrap. I pulled up, paid and drove off. As I sat at the red light and bit into the wrap, it not only had egg and sausage but also had cheese, sauce and a hash brown. Because I cannot eat it, I turn around and go back.
I pulled up the the empty drive through and specified that I was just there and that the order they gave me was incorrect. I stated that again, all I wanted was egg and a sausage on a wrap. The person on the receiving end asked if I wanted bacon. I responded with a kind but Saturn voice stating no, only egg and sausage.
I then pulled up the the window where the same person who had just handed me the initial wrap not 3 mins ago was looking at me in wonder. I stated I needed a new wrap bc they got my order wrong. She then handed me a wrap with confidence.
I pulled over and checked the top on the wrap and it looked correct.
As I drove away and got onto the highway, I ate into the wrap a few bites and then to my surprise saw cheese. As I ate a bit more I then noticed sauce.
I am always polite and kind especially to those who deal with me food. But this is just unacceptable. I was not asking for anything complicated and being in the drive through I trust that any necessary questions will be asked to ensure the order is being made correctly.
I don’t see myself going to this location in the foreseeable future. And for anyone who does go, check your stuff if you’re asking for anything that isn’t straight off the menu.
Do Better Tims!

I’m only giving 1 star account there is…

I’m only giving 1 star account there is no zeroes or negative numbers. Tried your pizza, wouldn’t feed it to a starving animal on the streets. But my complaint isn’t about the taste, it’s about serving stuff like that at a drive through. Drive thru’s were designed for a quick to go thing. Now it’s become a line of waiting because our self entitled society that believes their time is more important than anyone else’s orders foods that take forever. I choose to go inside to not hold up the line, but find myself waiting longer because the is 6-10 employees working the drive thru and MAYBE 1 working the counter. As the food stinks and, unless you order a double double, is one of the worst coffees ever.( try it black sometimes). Today was my last visit to Tim’s. I will now go without before ever stopping in at hortons. Congrats Tim’s, if that was your marketing strategy, well done, you accomplished it!!!!

Shame on you Tim Hortons.

Shame on you Tim Hortons.
Just over a month ago I went through Tim's drive through. I was accidentally handed a large iced coffee in a cracked cup. About 1/3 of the coffee spilled out on my dress, coat, and car. I asked the manager if Tim Horton’s would pay for the dry cleaning of my coat. They replied that the staff member would have to pay for it…The staff member! Who makes minimum wage, in a service industry job! Who gives me fantastic service every time I go there!
Isn’t it interesting how no rational person would make that staff member pay out of pocket for the dry cleaning….it is a very clever business strategy. Disgusting, vile, and reprehensible, but oh so clever.
Lesson learned: Tip your server even in the drive through, because they don’t get paid enough to be treated like that.

Update:
Called the number they told me too. I was told the owner of the business would contact me. That was 10 days ago….

It has now been a month and no one has contacted me. I strongly recommend not giving your business to a company with these kind of business practices.

Deceptive cappuccino coffee

I bought 2 tins of Tim Hortons French Vanilla Cappuccino from amazon.ca. There is no taste of coffee in the mix. At best it tastes like sweeten water/milk. I reported it to amazon.ca. Here is amazon's return policy on food:Returning Grocery Items
Grocery items and wine are not returnable to Amazon but may be refunded or replaced.
Yet amazon refuses to refund the monies. They referred me to Tim Hortons & said it was their product therefore its their responsibility to refund the monies. Got in touch with Tim Hortons, their agents are very unhelpful. They said they have passed it on to their supplier. So now I have to deal with their supplier. Since when in Canada does a customer have to deal with the company's supplier? I have sent Tim Hortons many emails since then & they have refused to answer them. BUYER BEWARE when purchasing items from Tim Hortons & amazon.ca

Health and safety measures

Question. Why is the staff not wearing hair nets or nets on facial hair. The Tim's in Thunder Bay mall. I always thought it was mandatory in the food industry. It's gross and not sanitary. I purchased a coffee and when got my cup a facial hair was on lid. Throw away.

In the last 2 visits going to TH I did not get 3 roll up the rim rolls. I ordered 2 medium teas and 2 donuts the first time and two days later ordered 1 medium tea and a donut and a bagel. I didn’t realize till I was home when I was excited to roll to see if I had won anything. What happened? Thx

If I could give less than 1

If I could give less than 1, I would. For over 4 years I have been emailing Tim's because I Can't access my account using their validation codes. I Can't delete my account to start over, since I Can't access the account to begin with. I was left with dozens of unclaimed rolls during roll up contest...now my physical card is unlinked, so I'm collecting nothing. Their customer service is non-existent. Just another SCAM!

Credit Card problems with sign up

I tried to sign up for the Tim Horton's Credit Card. I never had one before. I could not do so as you needed to provide a mobile phone number so that it could send a 6-digit code by text. I only have a Land Line. I was informed that I could only do this is to use a mobile phone. It is only this year that I was not offered an alternative with an email (by various companies.) I am an elderly disabled retired person who is mostly housebound and the answer suggests that they do not care. I might be able to get to use one on Sunday but the offer expires today, Friday, February 2nd. The answer stated that nothing could be done and did not state they would try to find a reasonable solution. I should not be forced to find a mobile phone to borrow or to buy, just to get a credit card. This bad service is generally like Walmart, another large company that has shown it does not care. Perhaps, it is a matter that they can always get customers.
