Great quality tiles at a good price and very professional service.

I ordered the Waterford Ivory Gloss tiles for my bathroom. I have spent ages trying to find realistic looking marble effect porcelain tiles and these are perfect - a lovely cream/ivory colour with varying tones which makes them look very realistic. They are great quality and extremely good value.

The staff were very friendly and professional and went out of their way to help and advise me and answer my many questions!

I highly recommended Tile Star.

Very pleased with the knowledgeable service we received when looking for tiles for our bathroom.

Excellent customer service. I can’t thank Jim enough. After we made the mistake of ordering the wrong trim (box trim) Jim was able to source the new material from the Edinburgh store. Although the manager from Edinburgh was on holiday he was very kind to deliver the new order to the Falkirk store in a couple of hours. I was amazed by the speedy service especially as we needed the new material that day as we only had the tiler for a couple of days.

BTW my mum was over the moon with her new bathroom when she came back from her holiday.

Jim and Emma could not have been more helpful and I found the store had an excellent selection of tiles and wet wall. The product quality was excellent and I succeeded in finding the all important value for money that I was looking for. My recent visit was the third time I have made a purchase in the store and it will be the first port of call the next time I am renovating a bathroom

The staff were above and beyond helpful. They discussed options with me and were accommodating whenever I needed anything. The best customer service I have had in a long time.
