I called into the Bridlington branch to see about broadband and a upgrade on my wife's phone, Joanne helped ne navigate through my opinions, ihave a business account for my phone ,so I came away with broadband at much cheaper rate than my current provider +my wife's phone on my business account. All in all Joanna saved me somewhere in the region of £50 a month. She also set the phones up and tablet which i also upgrade. Well done Joanne 👏

On holiday and my phone was dying! We went into the Bridlington branch and were served by Lauren. She was fantastic. She diagnosed the problem
( damaged charging cable) and gave us a couple of options for purchasing a new cable. Then she double checked everything was charging properly! There was no hard sell but she also told us about the benefits of swapping to you as a provider.

Joanna and Lauren are excellent representatives for Three and really do provide a professional, positive customer experience.
I felt comfortable and relaxed. Joanna listened, identified my requirements and offered options without pressure. I am very happy with my new phone and cost effective tariff. Joanna also transferred data from my old phone and fitted a new case and screen protector.
Don't waste time struggling online, just travel to get help from the Three Bridlington team.
